I was taking a gamble and hoping I wouldn’t be stuck having to finish egg rolls I wasn’t that crazy about. Well, these were great! Maybe even better than the Pagoda brand I used to buy elsewhere. These Minh egg rolls didn’t come with sauce and I didn’t miss it a bit. For me, the egg rolls stand on their own without sauce. Now that I know they’re great, I’m glad they come in a 16 count box. I would definitely buy them again!

The taste is as good as ever, but they are no longer convenient to the casual user. Instead of the 16 individually wrapped rolls, they now come unwrapped in two eight-count, non-resealable bags in the box. OK if you're running a restaurant and use a few boxes a week. But there are only two of us, and the individual wrapping kept the remaining product fresh for a long while in the freezer as we only use two at a time. I detest wasteful packaging when no purpose is served. But this is the last 16 count box of Minh Egg Rolls I will be buying from Sam's Club.
