I am surprised on the easy start and has pull to start in case battery is dead. I bought this generator for the natural gas usage when power is out for a few days can't get gasoline. Easy on the fuel consumption. It has great power output it will run everything in my house that I need in an emergency situation.

Bought this a couple of monthing ago, hoped never have to use it, but today, we had power outage again! The tri-fuel is really a nice feature, don't have to go to gas station, just grabbed the propane tank from our grill, the generator started on the first try! The only complain is the noise since we have to keep the generator close to our house.

I shopped for a week and found this to be the best value considering everything that comes with this model. Enough power to power all the household essentials. Push button start plus remote FOB so the wife can easily turn it on. And transfer switch ready.

Bought it after reading hundreds of reviews on it and competitors. To date I have only put a few run in hours under moderate load. I am 80 years old and have owned many generators. This one appears to be a winner. Picks up the load smoothly and quieter than any other generator I have owned. Assembly was easy using the pallet it came on to give me the Height necessary to install the wheels. Started up instantly on both propane and gasoline. My neighbor came to look at my old generator which is for sale. I think he is going to order one. So I lost the sale L O L. Can't blame him.

I bought this generator for my single home, and even though I have not tested in full charge, I run it the first and started without hesitation. I recommend this equipment without a doubt. It would be great that the battery charger could be also a maintainer.

I just received this generator yesterday, and have not actually tried to start it up/use it yet - I will update this review when I have had a chance to evaluate how it is working. Arrived with some oil having soaked thru the bottom of the box, and oil was coating the support frame under the battery, but I could not see or fell any oil leaking from the oil tank or anywhere else, so not sure where it came from or whether significant or not. On initial inspection, the generator appears all in good shape, with no parts or accessories missing. The wheels and frame supports were easily installed. I intend to fire it up in the next day or so. Have to wait for 6 weeks or so before I can hook it up to the house (the soonest we can get an electrician to install a plug-in/transfer switch to the side of the house.

I bought this generator with the idea of helping my family stay comfortable in our home and boy it did the job. I have used generator before but this one over exceeded my expectations. Very easy to use and what I love the most is the remote start. Overall great product.

I bought this just a few weeks ago in preparation of hurricane season. There are so many features on it and I love the fact that you can change it from gas to propane as well. We can use this for camping and for hurricane season now. Love the remote start as well! Definitely recommend if you are looking for purchasing a new generator.

Just got the generator so I haven't used it yet. But I assembled it according to the instructions, added gas, hooked it up and ran the whole house with the furnace running for about 30 minutes. I like the remote control and the simple start. Haven't run it under power outage yet, but everything seems to be fine --- won't know until power outage.

Heavy, well built generator. The dual fuel capability was the main selling point, it was very easy to set up. The owner's manual was easy to follow but it needs a revision concerning the remote start key fob - pairing was not needed (worked right out of the box!).
