Just got it and only problem I had was installing feet one bolt hole had slag in the threads and had to retap hole but otherwise started like a dream and quieter than I expected. My old Briggs was loud. Works beautiful. Powers whole house including central ac and pool pump.

Just purchased, and set up. Pleased with this generator thus far. Easy starting, smooth idle, fairly fuel efficient. Only tested with light loads. Reasonably quiet for this class. Should do well. The plastic cap for the LPG inlet arrived cross-threaded, will need to be replaced. Surely Westinghouse will make it right with a replacement.

Really like the generator, but for some reason, it cranks to start better when fueled with propane than gasoline. Can't say why, but it certainly switches between the two fuels smoothly. Overall, I believe we will be quite satisfied with this generator.

With upcoming hurricane season it was time to get a proper generator. Purchased this unit and it arrived in excellent condition and easy instructions to get it up and running. Started right up using the propane option and runs reasonably quite for a large unit. I can't say “I can't wait for a hurricane” but at least I'm better prepared. You should be too.

After welcoming a new baby girl into this world, I decided it was time to upgrade our emergency preparedness. I have spent a considerable amount of time looking into the best possible options for our home. I didn't want the costly expense of a permanent generator and with a possible upgrade to our home it doesn't make sense. Westinghouse knocked it out of the park with all the features you get from this unit. A dedicated battery charger and attachment, not to mention they provide the battery. Setting the unit up was a breeze and all the information is provided in a nice one-page guide. The manual has detailed information to keep your unit running top notch. If your still reading this review, just stop now it's a 10/10 go get one!

I am a single mother and needed a generator that was dependable and easy to start. Those pull handle ones are not easy to start! This one is perfect with the remote you just push the button and it starts right up! Pretty Amazing! No hassle. and with the dual fuel option, even better! Not something that you think about in a emergent crisis. Thank you for this amazing product!

Just received the unit from the freight company and set it up. Set-up was not too complicated and some of the needed tools were included. It started up with gas and propane right away. I had trouble trying to figure out how to drain the fuel, as the pictures in the included manual do not match the model I have. I am still trying to figure out how to drain the carburetor and tank. Therefore, 4 stars instead of 5. Will do a better load test in a couple of weeks after I get the switch added to my breaker panel. That will be the true test.

I am surprised on the easy start and has pull to start in case battery is dead. I bought this generator for the natural gas usage when power is out for a few days can't get gasoline. Easy on the fuel consumption. It has great power output it will run everything in my house that I need in an emergency situation.

I've only had this generator a few days now. I purchased this to replace a smaller one that is 30 years old. I only use when loosing power at my house, which is happening more often than several years ago. I have started it with gasoline and natural gas and even switched back and forth will it was running. So far, this generator is fantastic and has a lot of extras, including a remote and Carbon monoxide detector.

I had read several reviews of portable generators and this one definitely was on par with the reviews. It will be a welcome addition to our household when the power goes out. So far, it has powered everything we have tried with little strain. I would recommend anyone look into this model. The price is excellent.
