I just got this so I can't tell you how good or bad it is. I can tell you it started up with no problem. It came in good condition and after reading other reviews I feel we ordered the best one. If things change I will come back and update my review. Love the push button as well as the remote starter. It also helps that this has a gas level indicator.

Just received my Westinghouse 9500WGen DF 50 Amp generator. The generator was delivered in great condition and the setup could not have been any easier. Work instructions were clear and accurate and everything needed for setup was provided in the box. Tested the dual fuel function and both worked well and were easy to switch over. Appears to be well built can't wait to try it out on our first power outage.

I bought this to replace an 18 year old generator that still ran but wanted more power. First of the reviews for this series overall are impressive but the features ranging from the key fob to remote start to the duel fuel it is quite flexible. From an engineering standpoint it is sleek and functional and love the details from the folding handle to the wheels. I have tested but have not used but this is to power the house should we loose power and get at least one Air conditioner running if needed. This unit is larger than my old one but it is not nearly as loud. Love how quiet this is.

I finally purchased a generator for my new home In Bossier City, LA after we were without power for 5 days after a severe thunderstorm/hurricane. I had a professional electrician come and install a disconnect switch to the electrical box and now I won't be left in the dark no more! Even my electrician was impressed with the features and key start and said this is the best generator he's ever seen!!

I was impressed with the quality. Wish it was a little bit quieter, but all or most of the bigger generators are noisy. It seems to be very sturdy and well built. I was impressed with the quality bearings on the wheels. I like the electric remote starter and the user manual is well written with clear and easy to follow instructions. Just unpacked it tonight, put it together and started it up. So, I can't predict how it will perform yet, but if the sturdiness and quality parts are any indication, it should perform well. One complaint: the gas gauge doesn't appear to be very accurate.

I love the versatility and the simplicity of using this generator. Being able to use either gasoline or propane is great, plus it also has a pull cord starter in case you let your battery accidentally run out. It also has a remote starter that allows you to stay inside to start your generator up in case of a power failure. I feel much more relaxed knowing that I'll be prepared now for the brutal, unpredictable weather we endure in the northeast.

I lost power at my house and it took 2 days to have it fixed. I saw this Generator and bought it. As soon as I got it home and put together, the power was out again. I put gas in it and fired up on the first pull, worked great, ran my entire house with no problems at all.

As a Houston, TX resident who has experience days long power outages due to rain, cold and heat we finally made the investment into a generator. And this one was a great price with all the additional features we didn't know we needed/wanted. Very happy with this purchase!

Has a very high Quality look and finish, everything was in the box. Went together in a snap, started right up on propane. Love the electric start and the remote start is a really nice feature. The instructions are even clear and easy to follow, really nice piece of equipment, couldn't be happier so far.

I haven't had a chance to use the generator yet other than starting it up and testing it out, it ran great. I have wired it into my house and it ran all of my indoor appliances, hot water heater, lights and outlets without missing a beat (not including central A\C or heat).
