Difficult to find one of these in the southeast US during the very active hurricane season, but so glad I waited! Easy out of the box assembly, parts and instructions were clear, etc. It is a HEAVY machine, but feels durable and solid. Looking forward to many years of reliable use.

I bought this because I live in Florida and having a lot of money in food stored in the freezer. I needed a way to keep them going in the event of a hurricane or any other long term power failure. I chose this model for its dual fuel capability and shipping was quick, recieved in exactly 1 week from date of order.

Best bang for your buck right here! A couple people I've worked for have referred me to this generator. Even when i wasn't looking for one, but the time has come that I was able to purchase one! It'll run my whole house depending on what bigger appliances i want to run at the same time. But all in all, very proud with my purchase!

I just bought this generator and was impressed with how well built it is. The instructions were very easy to understand. The setup amounted to installing the wheels, connecting the battery power cable, adding the included oil (took the full quart) and adding the gas. Turned the gas valve ON and while holding the choke open (cold start), I hit the start button and it started right up. I tested it on a few circuits in the house and had no issues. I can't wait for a power outage this winter so I can give it a full test. Very satisfied so far.

Bought earlier this month based on reviews and recommendations. Have yet to get the house interlock switch installed to prepare for our Maine weather and regular power outs, but the machine is solid and easy to setup. Don't want to say I look forward to using it but happy to have the insurance policy in hand.

I bought two of these to power my whole house after a storm. They come with a remote starter but I could not get either of the remotes to sync to the generators. I tested the generators today and they both started easily but one kept stalling. After several attempts it ran steady. The two generators ran everything in my house including two air conditioners.

Bought the Wgen9500DF to replace an old pull start generator. Love the electric start and being able to run on propane. Eay set up, started easy. Actually looking forward to my next power outage! 3 year warrenty a plus. Looked at alot of other generators, so glad I chose this one.

I really like the fact that I can use propane so I don't need to worry about the gas going bad. For a extended outage I would switch to gas and try to run it down. Gas goes stale so fast now with the ethanol added. I like the remote control especially in by the winter. Overall very good product,

Purchased a couple months ago, Started on propane for break in. Started and ran smoothly. Plugged a few different electrical devices in and seems to be a keeper. It is a bit louder than expected but not advertised as quiet so it is what it is. When I added all the provided oil it was on the low end of the dip stick, wish I had 1 to 2 more ounces of oil included.

I bought this generator to replace a 20 year old Onan portable generator I use for back up power to my house. I run off propane so I don't have to worry about gasoline going bad or the carburetor gumming up. I got it out of the box. filled up the oil, connected the propane line and turned on the propane tank. I tried the remote control first and it started right up on the second try and ran it to get warm then stopped it with the remote. Waited a few minutes then tried starting it with the start button on front panel and it started right up. Let it run a few minutes then stopped it with the front panel start/stop button. I am impressed with its performance right out of the box. The remote is a nice feature too.
