Runs great. Loads of power. Had a problem with no start right out of the box. Contacted support. Problem was easily resolved by removing and then manually activating the solenoid plunger on the bottom of the carb float. Reconnected the solenoid. Started right up. Shouldn't have been a problem, but I'm satisfied with the result.

We are plagued with frequent power outages, living on a dirt road, surrounded by large trees. This generator satisfies our needs to keep essential appliances, water and lights running. The dual fuel option gives us more flexibility to address fuel supply issues. It's well designed, and well built.

I received this a week ago and had to get fittings for my natural gas line. Hooked it up pushed the start for two seconds and it started Immediately , glad we have this and know need to run out for liquid gas as in the pass after a hurricane. Looking forward to using it but hope that this is an insurance policy in case of a storm here in Naples Florida.

Bought this because our area has been losing power a lot more lately. Generator looks well built. Started up well. Love the electric start and dual fuel feature. I plan to use propane only. My friend has this same generator and he loves it. So far everything works well!

I purchase this on December 9, 2020 and received it December 22, 2020. I'm not familiar with generators so my neighbor helped me put it together. He explained how it works and had me turn it on. Started and ran beautifully the first try. Being a lady of a certain age I needed a generator that is reliable and easy to use. Thank You Westinghouse you hit it out of the park for me!

Bought this generator late last year, but was waiting to have a transfer switch installed in my home, before trying to fire up this unit. It started within 2 seconds of pressing the electric start button. It powered all selected areas from the transfer switch. I hope I never need to use my generator here in Florida, but Im confident that it will be ready when needed

I was presently surprised how simple and user friendly it was to get this generator running. I love the convince of switching the fuels while running. also the entire generator is user friendly with controls and features located where they are readily reached.....built for convenience ! The folding handle is a great feature .

Bought this generator to backup our home solar system and it works great! The remote start option works directly with our solar inverter to automatically start it up when it needs it. It also has the remote start fob which is a great addition. While the generator is heavy, it's easy to move around with the large heavy duty wheels, even in gravel!

After spending so much time reading reviews and watching you tube videos regarding this powerful beast generator, I finally made a decision to purchase this well built beast. I just received my portable generator today, opened and set it up. I was surprised with just one push of the button it started immediately. I also tried it with the key fob and it worked fantastic. I was able to maneuver it around with no difficulty. noise level is very tolerable. I am now very ready to use it when calamity arises specially here in Texas.

I bought this 2 weeks ago, received in perfect condition, installed pads and wheels, added oil to the engine, gas to the tank and pushed the start button. It did not start on the first crank but to my surprise it tried 2 more times on its own, starting on the 3rd try. I believe I made the right decision on this product and I'm very happy thus far. The seller was very quick in shipment.
