I bought this generator in March 2021 and have been waiting since October of last year for it to come in stock. The features and specs will be enough to supply us power in an emergency situation, which in the area I live is often. We have ice and wind storms that frequently knock the power grid out, causing us to loose our food supply. This generator will supply our home with an added security not to be 100% reliable on Duke Energy.

The item is heavy and I do recommend to have two people to work on assembly. The the process to add legs and wheels took about 10 min, it took me another 10 min to add oil and connect propane tank. I also charge battery for another 10 min, but it wasn't necessary - in 30 min I had my generator up in running. Also, I was pleasantly surprised how compact the item for the power its generate.

I bought this generator a few week ago to power the essential electrical utilities during a hurricane outage. I love that it's dual fuel. It was easy to assemble and move around. We haven't been out of power yet but I'm confident this generator will do the job

Brought a WGen9500DF from Amazon after losing power for a week. Shipping was quicker then estimated. Easy to setup and run the remote start makes it Extremely easy to start and turn off started right up on a 20lb propane bottle planning to have gas company tie it into my 500 gallon tank

Purchased this generator as a home back up power source. It will run all the essentials and has proved to be a grand purchase. Starts and runs well on gas, however, starting on propane very difficult and causes backfire. Once started on propane, runs great.

The generator was easy to assemble. Instructions were very clear. User manual is very detailed. The generator was designed with all the controls in the perfect location and labeled well. You notice right away that this was built very sturdy with good materials. It started up right away after assembly.. much quieter than my current generator. Just purchased so we will see when put to the test.

The generator arrived with everything shown on the Web page and started right away. I bought this model to power the house if needed and we can take it with us if we move. Being able to hook up to natural gas solved a concern I had about storing a large amount of gasoline or propane at the house. Great concept. Tested on propane and started right away.

This is our third try at a portable generator and our first Westinghouse. The first one was too small. The second one only lasted 21 hours. Very happy with this generator purchase. Build quality is top notch, very easy to use and intuitive, good information given on the small digital gauge. Everything needed is included, oil and a small trickle charger for the battery, which was much appreciated. Runs well and not too loud, easy to start. I am confident that this generator will serve us well during the next hurricane. I would recommend this generator to anyone.

What a great generator. After years of going through storms and Hurricanes here in South Texas, enough was enough. Hurricane Beryl, loss of power for days, loss of all refrigerated items and the shear uncomfortableness of no ac, I bought the Westinghouse 9500watt duel fuel. It does not disappoint. Can run just about my whole house on either gas or propane. Love it.
