The WGen 9500DF generator is a great unit straight out of the box. The dual fuel system is an awesome feature allowing for continuous operation with limited disruption when in use. The remote fob also provides a convenient method of starting the generator.

This generator has it all. It will generate enough power to more than power everything I'll need in my house to be comfortable when the power goes out in Western New York. I won't miss a beat. Easy to assemble, and easy to move. Its well designed and easy to use. It's got a lot of extras too! I added the oil that comes with it, fueled it up and right out of the box it started right up. I'm very happy with my choice.

We bought this because we are in an area frequently affected by blizzards and therefore loose power often. We love that is has the ability to run on gasoline and propane. Having that ability allows us to not have to run out to a gas station during a storm, all I have to do is hook it up to my tank for the grill and i have another 6-7 hrs of run time.

This generator is one of the finest in the market. With this product I feel equipped and ready for the winter. I was planning on purchasing a generator for the past 3-4 years. With this product, I made the investment without hesitation given the outstanding reviews. No regrets.

So far I am very happy with this purchase. I can tell immediately it is made with quality and the price is very competitive. I love that it can run on both gasoline and propane and you can easily switch between the two different fuels while the generator is running. Also, it is much quieter than I was expecting. Quick start was very intuitive so far ran it on propane and natural gas and had no issues other than on propane for startup it backfired once but after that no issues. Battery came charged and ready to go. Packaging seemed very adequate for cardboard and weighing over 200 lbs.

great features great price am blown away by this generator it is replacing my old generac that i bought back in 2005 the new features this one are awesome did research and the westinghouse rated no.1 time will tell am very happy with it.Keep up the good work westinghouse

I bought this as an emergency backup in case of power outages and I am so glad I did. I'll leave installing the transfer switch to a qualified electrician because I like my house, but the generator was so easy to setup I had it up and running within minutes (once reading the user's manual of course). It runs as smooth as silk on both gasoline and LP gas. I chose Westinghouse because it is a name that has stood for quality all of my long life and it's good to see that this has not changed. For ease of setup and smooth operation, this generator gets two thumbs up and my highest recommendation.

Hi, I just received the generator. Started right up on propane. Had a minor issue on gas and had to manually set the choke. Support center and live person was very helpful. Phone number right on the box. Had it started in 5 minutes. So far, very good product. FOB remote start works great.

Generator is strong running with great features. I did not give it 5 stars only because I had the same issues as others did that it would not start when switched to run on gasoline. Very simple fix though! The design of the choke lever makes it difficult or rather makes it seem it's fully choked when it not truly all the way choked. Once I pushed the choke all the way over she fired right up every time.
