Just got this unit 3 days ago. After I got it all unboxed and set it up, I thought that I would give it a good workout and pretended there was a total power outage and it ran my entire house including a 36,000 BTU air conditioning system without any struggle at all. I am glad I decided to spend a little more money to buy this superior generator compared to a lot of other units.

Purchased this Westinghouse generator to replace an older and much smaller no name one. By far the best value for the money of all the others I researched. A lot of features and great reviews made this an easy decision. Love the idea of it running on propane as well as everyone has propane bottles around. I'm positive it will exceed my expectations and kind of hoping a power outage is in the near future to try it out.

Was easy to setup for both propane and gas use. Although certainly not quiet, it was quieter than I expected. Compact for its power. Weighs a lot, but I already knew that when purchasing, and I find that it is easier than expected to roll around given its weight.

It worked right out of the box and the instructions were amazing. At first I couldn't get the electric start to work, but I was missing the battery quick disconnect (both in the manual and on the generator). This was totally my fault. Time will tell how it works during an outage, but for now, I'm loving the features.

I bought this generator due to several power outages. I've had in my area over the last two months. When I received it, I was very surprised when opening it up how nice it looks and how well placed and labeled everything is. It's a very good looking generator with very easy access to. I love that it's a dual fuel generator, and all you have to do is flip a switch. It was easy to set up and it's nice that everything came with it that I need to get it running.

I just received my new 9500DF and set up was a breeze. Packaging was well organized and included the only wrench that was needed. The feet and wheels attached to the frame with the provided hardware and installation took less than a couple of minutes. Filled with oil, connected the battery using the prewired plug, hooked up the propane tank and started on first try.

Bought this 6 months ago and didn't really need it until now. Had been using the provided trickle-charger to keep it ready for use. Big storm came through and power was out for 72 hours. This unit powered all of my refrigerators and a freezer with ease. Electric start is essential once you reach my age and it worked perfectly. Also runs on propane. Comes with a hose to hook up directly to a standard tank. And it has a remote-start fob which should come in handy this winter. Very happy with this purchase so far.

I purchased this a bit ago & it's worth every penny! Not sure what i like the most about it, it has so many options & perks I can't decide! I bought for a back up & actually haven't needed just yet but did try it out which performed great so my mind is at ease knowing i am prepared! I did accidentally try to start my car with the remote key fob other day so i had to keep them apart from each other :) . I will update in future after i use or an emergency pops up! I have already recommended it to several people !!

I bought this a month ago and it only took about 30 to set up and start. I love the dual fuel aspect; this runs my small work shop and my home when i lose power. Very adequate for my needs and so far is easy to move around and quieter than my old 10,00 Gentron.

Bought this generator to use to power our RV when off the grid and for back up power for our home in case of emergency. This generator is everything the right ups say it is. Before purchasing I read an article that rated this generator as number one. I agree.
