Bought generator about a month ago. Read instructions, assembled, added oil and gas, turned the choke and the ignition to “on”, moved outside of shop, hit the starter and she fired-up immediately! Very impressed with quality - not surprised though; I worked in the power plants for 34 years where all of our Westinghouse generators were known for their performance/stability. I've lived in Florida all of my life and this purchase was a great addition to my collection for hurricane season preparedness; as well as other various reasons for portable electricity. I highly recommend this unit!

I purchased the WGEN9500df generator yesterday. It was easy to setup and get reedy to run. Hook up my propane tank and the generator fired up in just a couple seconds. The next day I put the generator on and powered up my house with it. I currently have a 30 amp plug but will be switching over to the 50 amp plug after I upgrade my breaker in my panel. Generator ran great with out any issues. I love the remote start button not that it is necessary but just a nice extra. I would highly recommend this generator to anyone as an alternative to a Generac or similar whole house unit.

Just got this and followed the instructions to set up. Used the whole bottle of oil came with but barely filled up to minimum. I started it using the remote. After one click, it took three cranks, automatically without further interference, to finally fire up. I guess it's because it's first time. The bottom line, it's easy!

We researched numerous options and made an educated decision to purchase this model based on peak power, output versatility, brand reputation, dual fuel options and run time. This was the best product for the best value. Since purchasing, we have been very pleased with its performance and would highly recommend this product.

Very simple to assemble and get it started. Like the large wheels as the unit is quite heavy and that along with the handle make it easy to move around where I am may need it. Unit is quieter than I expected it would be. Like that I can start it before placing load onto the system, and each output has it's own breaker.

Bought this generator to cope with expected Texas winter electric grid failure. It arrived securely packaged in perfect condition. Minimal assembly was quick & easy with clear instructions. Rolls easily. I was especially pleased with the included battery charger/minder. A great unit at a very competitive price!

I bought this generator for the 50 amp hookup and ability to use propane, and was pleasantly surprised that it came with electric start and a battery already included, as well as the wheel kit, and a remote start! I lose power a lot out here in the country and this is going to make it a lot easier to switch over, and run longer on propane instead of running to the gas station every 10 hours.

Brand new out of the box! Simple install of footers and wheels. Key fob hanging on pull start. Came with necessary 10mm wrench to install footers. Only complaint so far is the 1 quart of 10W30 4 cycle oil wasn't quite enough to start. Just touching the bottom of the dipstick. Probably not take much to get it into the crosshatch marks on the dipstick, but not enough to risk it. I'll have to wait to check this baby out. Came with a card to get a free cover if you review it so hold off on getting a cover. Guess I have a spare. Everything looks like good quality.

The machine seems of good quality and fired right up after connecting to a 20lb propane tank. Not too noisy, decent fuel consumption, and serious power for the price. My only complaint is that this heavy unit comes with cheap wheels that would be better used on a rolling cooler. I did know this going in but it is my only critical thought on the product. Very satisfied otherwise!

Finally took some time to unpack the unit, fill it with oil and gas, and hooked up the battery and powered it up. It powered up first time without any problems. Plugged an electrical tool into an outlet and it worked like a charm. I especially like the remote start/stop option and tried it out - one of the reasons why we bought the unit because it will be handy if have to start the unit on a cold winter day/evening. Planning to use the unit to power the necessities in our house if and when we loose power and feel comfortable that this unit will meet our needs whether during the cold Montana winter or summer time.
