I bought this 2 years ago and when it was first needed during a power loss in a freeze it wouldn't start on gas. When I connected it to propane it started up right away, but the propane tanks kept freezing. It worked well when it ran and I plan to keep it and figure out the gas issue.

We bought this generator after researching several online. We liked the amperage, features, dual fuel, and remote start. We set it up yesterday and were pleasantly surprised that it was quieter than expected. So far so good. Hopefully we will enjoy many years with our new generator!

Bought 2 weeks ago delivered in two weeks small stain bottom corner of box assume oil, assembly was easy per instructions, started with propane per instruction, started up fine and ran for 20 minutes no problems. Expect to fully satisfy my needs for power outages. power outages.

I bought this generator in June of 2022 as I live in Southwest Florida. We were hit by Hurricane Ian on September 28, 2022. This generator was simple to setup and ran for 7 Days straight absolutely any issues. I changed to oil every 25 hours. It ran 3 refrigerators and everything in the house except my central air conditioner. I have nothing negative to report about this generator, simply amazing!!!

My new Westinghouse Dual Fuel Generator just arrived. Assembly was simple and quick. Connected a propane tank and it fired up immediately. Simple to operate, I like the remote start feature, and the 50 amp connection that will make it simple and quick to connect to my home!

I have been wanting to buy a generator before the next power outage. After Reviewing Features and prices and also wanted a generator that had dual fuel I decided on the Westinghouse WGen9500DF. Had a inlet box put in for the 50amp to power my Whole house. Simulated a power outage by cutting off utility power. This generator can power my entire house did not use any heavy appliances but the generator can handle heavy appliance washing machine sub pumps,refrigerator freezer,dishwasher and most important Ac and Furnace depending on the season. I would Recommend this product and possibly putting in an inlet Box so that all your devices in your house would be able to work in a power outage up to Generator specs depending if using gasoline or propane Rocko

Finally found time to get the generator put together and it was fairly easy. It is really heavy and had to get it off the ground enough to install the wheels. I am running it with propane and the instructions were easy to understand. Started right off the bat. Remote worked very well also. Nice generator.

I purchased this as a source of power during outages. My last generator died after 12 years of service. A different brand. I chose this for the name Westinghouse and the advancements over my previous one. My last was bare bones. So far my choice seems great for all that I got the price seemed right although I haven't had a power outage yet I did run it thru my test and so far all seems good I like the multi fuel and starting features the layout is smart and well designed. One final note sounds silly but the handle is well done some I looked at you could only pull and not push made it awkward for where I store mine when not in use

I bought this unit after my 10 year old machine died. My fault on that one though. Forgot to check the oil. :-( This Westinghouse has plenty of power to run most of my house during power outages, which are not uncommon here is Maine. Love the electric start and also the remote start! Just got to remember to check the oil!! I'm happy with my purchase.

I purchased this less than a month ago, but it is a good quality generator. The propane burns so much cleaner than gas. Just put the wheels on, filled it up with oil provided and attached the propane. Pushed the start button on fob and it fired right up. Very pleased.
