I purchased this generator after we experienced a several day long power outage because of a hurricane. I am so glad we now have this on hand so that we will not have to go through the same issues we had with the most recent outage. The best part is that it will power just about our entire home which will make for a very seamless transition if and when the time comes.

Just got the WGen9500DF and the set up could not be easier. Everything is included. I like the features of this generator such as the status display, ability to switch between propane and gas while running and especially the wireless remote start. We don't often loose power but when we do it is for multiple days up to and over a week at a time. This unit will keep our food frozen, coffee made and even allow for AC if needed.

Rarely do I buy a product that I hope I never have to use. However,t if I ever need to use this generator, I have complete confidence in it. We did a test run when I got it and it worked perfectly. I was able to run my house off of it with no worries. I love it! I am so happy with this Westinghouse generator. My neighbor bought the very same one! The last time our power went out, I went six days with no electricity. Never again! The instructions are clear and are easy to follow. Love it!

Bought this generator and it runs great. Puts out the numbers it states it does and has remote start and the ability to add another product that allows it to start up when it recognizes the power is out to be stored similar as a generac for a fraction of the price.

I just purchased this Generator for my home backup power in case of a hurricane. I have been in the Construction industry all of my life and just retired after being a State Certified electrical contractor for over 30 years and this is by far the best state of the art generator I have ever bought. I tested it today for 5 hours and everything worked perfect. I would highly recommend this product.

Bought this to replace an old generator with a new wgen9500dfc . Set up was easy with the directions and all the extras supplied with the generator to get it up and running it's a big plus. Ran it for an hour break in period and new oil put in and we're good to go.It starts real easy with the remote fob . I THINK IT'S A GOOD BUY FOR THE MONEY .

I bought this generator after the recent winter weather left us without power. The generator arrived fast and was easy to get operational The starting sequence is very easy and I love it can run off propane. This generator will hopefully power most of my home.

Wow! I was pleasantly surprised by the look and quality of the unit. Super easy to assemble and comes w/everything you need to assemble it. Comes w/a battery charger and the propane hose. Packaged well. Just put the wheels on, front rests, hook up battery (2 prong connector), fill w/oil and gas, press the button and it starts right up! Best money I have spent in quite awhile.

Assembled this 9500DF generator today. The user manual was the best by far that I've seen in more than 20 years. Everything that was to be in the shipment was there. Easily assembled following the very clear instructions. Using the key fob it started on the second cycle (needed to get gasoline in the carburetor). Starts 1st cycle in every subsequent start. Haven't tried propane yet, but expect it to go as well. Excellent product and a happy customer.

This is a replacement for another brand that was stolen recently. Prior to this unit, I had to run two generators to provide 50AMP support for my RV. This one unit supports both 30 and 50 amp connections at a much better price point than other brands. The setup was very easy and the unit even comes with a remote starter fob! I am very happy that we decided to get this unit and would highly recommend it.
