I was able to take it out of the Box and get it ready to go in to place quickly. The Instructions to do initial setup were easy to follow and I was ready to start it within 30 Minutes. I started easily and then powered all the tools I was using in the back yard to build a platform to put it on. While it is heavy, the Wheels it came with and the handle made it easy to move around. This Generator is able to handle the Load in my house to keep my AC Running for my Wife, Her Hospital Bed and Breathing Machine running, while also powering the Fridge, Freezer and some lights. It allows my to safely take care of my Family in emergencies and gives me peace of mind.

With 2 electrical outages in the space of a week I turned to Westinghouse for a dual-fuel generator. Easy to assemble, very easy to move despite the weight, and very easy to operate. The remote start feature is particularly useful for us as we can set the generator up outside and fire it up via remote if/when an outage occurs without going outside. We opted for the dual-fuel model because we didn't want to get stuck if gas prices were to rise, and propane tanks are easy to store should they be needed.

I bought this several weeks ago to replace my current generator. After researching and reading up I decided to go with this Westinghouse WGen9500DF. I liked the fact that it had a dual fuel feature. Gas or propane. Since I already have a large propane tank for my hot tub I had another line run for me to hook up the generator. Having gone through the hurricane last year we were without power for several hours. Many of my neighbors were without for several days. At least with this Westinghouse9500 I will be able to keep the important things up and running. Especially the well and the sump pumps. refrigerators and such. I also liked the fact the unit has a remote start feature. No need to pull the cord to start it up. I liked the info that came with it as well. And putting it together (wheels & foot pads) were no problem. It included the wrench to put them on. I feel I bought a quality generator that will work well for me and my home when the time comes.

I bought this a few weeks back and so far so good. The shipping was excellent. Stated that it would take around 2 weeks to receive but only took 3 days. Looking forward to seeing what this generator can do. So happy to have no worries about losing power again.

Bought this generator to eventually run our entire tiny home. Love the remote start/stop feature. Had to use it due to a power outage in the first two weeks of buying it. It was exactly what we needed and did a great job with no issues. Love this generator!

I've been in the market for a new generator for some time and after conducting multiple internet searches and scouring through hundreds of reviews, I found this one to be the best one for what I needed and for a really great price. Living in Florida, having a generator is a must. Finding one that has a large enough power output to run our house is also a must. Our previous Honda 7500 watt generator had finally given up the ghost and it was becoming way too difficult to start, especially as I'm getting older. The push button and remote start/stop features of this model really appealed to me. With its 30 foot range, I can start it and stop it at the end of the evening from the comfort of inside my home and not have to go out into the elements. Another aspect that really appealed to me was the dual fuel capability. For those who've been in or around a disaster area, you know that gasoline quickly becomes a hot commodity and waiting in lines for fuel is always nerve-wracking to say the least. With this dual fuel model, I can have multiple propane tanks sitting on standby and I don't have to worry about the gas going bad over time. This model is 2000 watts larger than my former generator yet it is dimensionally smaller and much lighter than my previous generator which is another great convenience for storage in our outdoor shed and moving it to our house receptacle. I would highly recommend this model to anyone looking for a compact, high-power-output generator.

This has been a great mid size generator. The noise level is a bit loud but I live out in the country and everyone around has a generator so the noise is no better or worse than others around here. It was easy to put together and while heavy, has good sturdy wheels so it can be moved without much trouble. So far I have not had to use it for long term but with hurricane season coming on, I am now ready for it.

Generator was easy to assemble, and one person could do this by himself. It is easy to move around with the handle and wheels. Started it up on Propane for the first time and plugged in a few small items and it ran great and did not pull down the generator at all. It is an added feature to have the ability to run this on Propane and Gas. Feel this will be a wonderful addition to have if the electric or grid would go down. Would highly recommend this Generator!

I unboxed it and assembly was easy. I followed all the starting instructions and it wouldn't start. I made sure I followed all the directions. I'm glad I have friends and relatives who were able to assist me in getting it started. Had to unscrew the bolt on the carb bowl to burp it. Started fine after that.
