I purchased this in light of power outages due to hurricanes and severe storms. Bought it after hurricane Beryl and it is Hot here in Texas. This machine has good reviews and a lot of features. Looking forward to seeing it in action. It is a great looking machine!! I pick this one for the dual fuel and power.

So far this generator has been absolutely amazing, tested it out today when it arrived on the house and then I also tested it with my welder and plasma cutter. this thing handles a load without you even noticing you are getting the power from a generator. would absolutely recommend to anyone that is looking for piece of mind during hurricane season or is looking for a job site unit for running tools and equipment. also a lot quieter than others that I have owned

Just purchased a couple weeks ago, so I haven't had a chance to use yet, but I have a great first impression of the unit. While it was very heavy to move after initial purchase, since wheels went on it's very easy to move and transport. Great value for the price too!

9500DF is the perfect solution as a power backup for my remote home. I live in a remote area at a higher altitude, which experiences power failures during winter months. This generator gives me the confidence and security that I can keep my home warm and powered during these times. The dual-fuel option is an added bonus, as I have both available.

This generator puts out plenty of wattage for running a welder and or compressor in the field for working on tractors when there is a breakdown. Being able to run on gas or propane is a great bonus and having the battery start is a nice additional feature

Overall great product given its not a basic model that barely powers a mini-fridge and its not over the top that my whole house can be powered for the endless winter. In the event of a power surge and I have 2 or more days without power, food shouldn't spoil and phones can remain charged for emergencies. Plus, super easy to operate

I bought this during a bad winter storm. We had just lost power for the second time during this storm. And was worried we may not see power for 3-4 days. I already had an existing 50 amp circuit on the outside of the house, so we utilized that with this generator. Although I currently have issues, customer service has been a rockstar in helping me get through the diagnosis. They are even sending me the parts to fix it, since I'm afraid to send it to the local repair facility during all these storms we are having. This unit has a Three year warranty which is very nice to have since some other generators only have a 1 yr warranty. Best part about his generator is, being able to start it and shut it off from the luxury of my own bed via remote control. Only downside is a 20lb propane tank will only run 3-4 hours because of the cold temperatures we are having. (Propane tank freezes) Recommend at least a 120 gallon pup tank in winter time. A Full gas tank gets me about 10 - 11 hrs of average run time, in my situation.

Bought this generator for the hurricane seasons. Received it yesterday. Was very heavy at first but took it out of the box and put on the wheels and feet and I was able to move it around very easily. Set it up and did a test run. Easily got started on gasoline and then switch to propane with out any effort.

Unfortunately we tried using this generator for the first time when the winter storm occurred in Texas. Spent multiple hours troubleshooting using the oil that came with the item as well as fresh gasoline. Could not get it to start and in the process of trying to get my money back... Should have tested the item when I received it and paid the price for waiting until we actually needed it the most!

I mainly purchased this unit for the duel fuel. I plan to run only propane. As I was lax on maintaining fresh gas fuel. I believe using propane only will work nicely. Having the unit for about 2 weeks, I have nt needed to use it. But it starts and runs fine. Also when I pulled my house transfer switch to test for power to my house, I did nt get the change in sound to the generator as when using gas. It was as if there was drag on the unit. And because of no drag adjustment sound, I thought that maybe power was nt getting to the house. But it was. With the propane , I feel more confident that I could count on the unit starting when I need it! So far I m very happy with my purchase.
