My old generator failed right after a severe storm and a couple days without power. I researched for 2 weeks for a replacement before purchasing this model. It was packaged well, and simple to put into service. The owners manual was clear and concise for set up and operating instructions. I look forward to having a fuel option to operate the generator. Now, I feel prepared for further power outages.

Love this generator. We use it on a daily basis and it fires up with the remote 97% of the time. We have had a few mornings (when it's below 15 degrees) that the battery has been dead and needs to be started with the pull cord. I do wish it had a built-in battery tender/charger that maintained the battery whenever running. Instead you have to have the generator running and plug in the battery charger

I happened to make the purchase literally a week before a storm hit Houston and I subsequently lost power. I was able to very quickly set this up and get the essentials up and running. Working off natural gas, I've been running my large fridge, internet modem, tv, work essentials, and a 9000 BTU portable air conditioner. Did my first oil change after 25 hours (took a literal 5 minutes) and everything has been running incredibly smoothly. Highly recommend.

Bought this unit and got it delivered. Solid & compact unit. Simple & quick assembly with tools provided. Attached bubble level indicators to guide correct placement (purchased separately). Easy to move around with the large wheels and foldable handlebar. Comes with oil and funnel. Runs great. Clear instructions covering assembly, operations and maintenance.

Took delivery today. Followed the instructions and it fired right up. Let it break in a little using gasoline running 4500 watts continuous and around 4750 watts surge for over an hour and all is well. Oil level barely touched the bottom of the dipstick with single quart provided so I added more oil until the bottom of the hash on the dipstick was reached. Engine specs indicate 1.1 quarts, but it appears to need more. There is one indentation on the frame right on top that looks like it was that way at the factory before it was painted. Nothing to worry about in my opinion.

Bought this Generator after doing a lot of research and knowing the quality and reliability of Westinghouse in the electrical industry. As an electrician I've worked on Westinghouse equipment that has been in service for decades and seen the longevity of their equipment. This will pair up nicely with my 40 amp Genelink to run off of the 50 amp receptacle. Living in a rural area where power outages are common throughout the winter months it's vital to have a powerful capable generator.

This dual fuel generator runs on both gas and propane. Since I am a current propane gas user for other home appliances, this is an excellent choice for me. The remote control starter is perfect for an older user who cannot easily start a rope pulled starter, as my last generator had. The HP is much higher for this compact unit and will service all my needs in an emergency.

I have given this generator 4 stars for the simple reason we haven't used it yet! The construction of the machine is impressive. Everything was packaged nicely. The crate was delivered intact without any damage. My husband was able to attach the wheels without any problems except the generator is heavy & it took both of us to lift it up on a wedge! We are elderly! ❤️ We were impressed, & recommended it to family!

Generator was delivered with no noticeable damage. Opened the box and followed the instructions (Installed Feet, Wheels, Plugged Battery into the quick disconnect, Oil, and 1 gallon of gas. Hit the electric start, starter engaged but then engine did not turn over. Stater started to smoke a little so I immediately disconnected the battery. Tried the pull started and it did not budge. Took the spark plug out to release any pressure, tried the pull start again with the same result. Motor would not budge. Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired.

Best I seen out there for the price. Really like the fact that it came with a battery maintainer that plugs right into the panel. Solid rubber tires another plus. Has all the features on the panel that you could want . Really looking forward to putting this Generator in service....
