This is my first generator I purchased in my life. After looking at others this is the one that I came back to with the features it has. Has plenty of power and works great. I tried propane first and ran on regular gas. Started with no issues. So far I have a week with it. Product was shipped on a pallet and delivered to my front door with any damage. Well packed and strapped down. It is heavy though especially looking at generators of this size. When you add gas to the tank it does add more weight. So keep this in mind if you're a first time generator buyer like me.Generator started everytime with the electronic push button swith and remote fob. One thing I'd like to mention is I can't seem to get it started with the pull start. I tried many times and read through the directions but I can't see to get it started manually. But the electric start turns on the generator everytime without any effort. I have a pull start pushmower that I have no issues starting. But I have yet been able to start it manuall with the pull cord. Not sure if anyone else having that issue. Other than that it's starts up everytime with the electric start.

This is an excellent generator with a lot of great features. The ability to run off gasoline or propane is great and one of the main reasons I purchased this generator. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable generator with dual fuel options. I also love the remote start feature and the option for 30 or 50 amp connections.

Somehow was able to get this when generators of this size were very scarce (post storm, power out for days to thousands of homes.) It came with everything needed to get started, and clear directions for break in period, oils change info etc. One VERY minor suggestion: since the maintenance schedule calls for first oils change after 24 hours of run time or so, AND since manual recommends replacing the oils drain plug crush washer…. It would be super helpful if they tossed a couple of those in. Super cheap, and even though 20-25 hours run might seem like plenty of time to obtain one of these washers…. If the power is out for days…. You would reach this in 2 days if you were only running half time. Just a small consideration. Otherwise, happy overall

easy to use, easy to start, extremely powerful. I am able to power my entire house if needed, and dual fuel is a great feature. We have propane for cooking and water heater, so if I run out of gas can just hook into the output for propane under the deck and keep everything running.

Bought for our vacation property and have yet to use it, but it looks like a quality product and comes with everything you may need including a gas funnel! Free cover was offered when registering for warranty and/or recalls. Professional company for sure.

I live and Florida and had been putting off buying a generator for too long. My wife and I finally went ahead and purchased this WGen9500DF generator. I am thankful for the duel fuel feature...I can use gas or propane. That flexibility gives me peace of mind in stressful times.

Due to the high possibility of hurricanes this year, living in south Florida a generator was a must. Started researching generators.. . over and over I saw this one recommended. I ordered it and had an electrician install plugin for the cord on my meterbox. Once set up, it ran like a top. I especially like the duel fuel option. I pray I won't need it, but it gives me great peace of mind if I do.

I am looking forward to the next power outage with this awesome generator. I don't even have to go outside to start it up with the key fob. The engine is quiet and the 50 amp receptacle give me lots of electricity, powering my entire home. It's simply amazing and reasonably priced. We searched on the internet and we thought that this model had the most competitive price for the features offered. It is very convenient to be able to use either propane gas or gasoline to power the generator. The service was also good and the product arrived when it was promised.

I just recently purchased this generator. Startup instructions were precise and easy to follow. I have only run it for a few hours. So far it is performing up to my expectations. I would recommend this generator if it meets the load limits that you require.
