We live in rural area where power goes down often. We waited to start this until we had switch installed by electrician to be able to do so safely. Once done this generator, on propane would run our fridge, our freezer and 2 electric heat panels. I am impressed and delighted and know if we need it. We are going to be warm and safe.

Just received and assembled. The frame of the unit is very heavy duty with nice welds. Haven't used it for home yet, but started right up with propane and easily ran my electric drill and circular saw. Tested all 3 starting features (push button, remote, and pull cord) all working perfectly. Going to be very happy I have this when we lose power.

I am pleased with the generator it came as promised and was a good price for what it is. I have not run the generator yet just put oil in and installed the wheels and feet. I will gas it up when it need to be used. The instructions was clear and easy to understand.

I bought this Dual Fuel portable generator, which is a good buy for me. Price, size, and features were some of the factors I could not pass on. It works great, the remote works great, and the dual fuel is easy to switch from gas to propane. The generator powers everything with no problems. This is a good purchase.

The generator appears to be well built and sturdy. Even though the unit is large and heavy the handle for moving and the wheel assemblies are plenty heavy enough for easy location for the day that I need it for power loss situations at my home. Lastly, everything I will need to connect to my household natural gas system is included in the provided set up supplies as well.

I Purchased the Generator a few months ago, had to order online, due to the high demand it took a while to before it was delivered. opened up the box and setup the unit, easy to setup. Ran it on Propane for the initial Startup , ran real nice, very happy with the generator, love the Remote Start.

Took delivery on 9/14/21. Out of the box I knew this was a superior machine. To this point the machine works exactly as advertised. To my surprise it came with it's own tender. While testing function & feature, I powerd up some lights, tools an small fridge and a compressor. The machine barely even noticed the load. In an odd way... I'm sort of looking forward to my next outage.

I purchased this new in December 2022, at the recommendation of my in laws. I wanted dual fuel, electric start, and a 50A capability, and this checked all the boxes. Easy unpacking and simple set up. Followed the instructions and it fired up immediately. I've used it for many things, mainly running my home for extended storm related power outages here in Mississippi, and it DOES NOT DISPAPPOINT! Electric start is so nice to have, well labeled control panel, but the most impressive thing about this generator is how easy it rolls!! You'll love it, highly recommend.

So far I've put the generator together and run it for a couple of minutes. The electrician is installing my transfer switch now, and I'll give it a test with the new generator. I'm very impressed with the sturdy construction, quality parts, and that everything but a cord was included to get me going. If the generator performs when it's hooked up like it has so far, it's easily a 5-star product.

Well packaged and started up fast and ran good. Only issue right out of the box is a faulty wire plug for the electric start. The black wire will not stay in the plug, it vibrates out when running. . No big deal breaker and a cheap warranty fix for them. I need to call customer service and see how good the service is right of the bat.
