I recently purchased this generator because of the many features and the quality name. It runs very well and the voltage is accurate. Despite the generator's weight it is easy to move around on it's wheels. It starts easily and the remote is a nice feature, too.

Just bought the unit and had some hidden damage. Not sure if it will effect operation of the unit. Did call their support line and they advised a representative would call me back. Never did get a callback from Customer Service. Not a good sign for future questions. Overall quality and operational instructions seem very good. Seems like a well built machine. Would buy this unit again.

I bought this generator at the end of May to replace an older generator that was no longer working. I purchased with the hurricane season in mind. This week, we were hit by Hurricane Ida leaving us without power for 6 days. Thanks to this generator we were able to maintain our refrigerator and keep cool with window units. Each tank of gas lasted 12-14 hours. I don't think we would have survived this record heat without this generator!

We bought this generator in Nov. to prepare for the winter. When the first snow hit the area this week, the power was out during the busy work day. The generator was easy to be pulled out to use. We could then continue to work at home. The heater, the wifi, the fridge, all ran the same. The electric starter is convenient and the remote control is a plus. The noise level is not as high as we expected. We are glad we made the investment.

I bought this on line and pleased with my purchase. This is an overall powerful generator to power up my appliances, lights and tv when the power goes out. I live in OK and we have tornadoes with frequent power outages. I love the dual fuel system and very pleased with the easy start up.

As compared to many other generators on the market this one came with the battery already hooked up, and all you needed to do was hook up the quick connect. It's really heavy, but once you get the wheels installed it's easy to move around. Overall super easy set up for one person to handle. In terms of power...this thing has run my sump pump, two refrigerators and various other electrical appliances at the same time with ease. Overall a solid unit.

I bought this a couple weeks ago because we consistently lose power about once or twice a year. This one has the additional capacity to use natural gas, which is a neat option and it comes with all the necessary hoses. Assembly was a good father son project for me, and my nine-year-old. It fired right up for the break-in period. Now I'm just waiting to need to use it

I bought this generator a couple of weeks ago so far just started it and ran about half an hour runs great. I bought this because my 85 year old sister-in-law got one about 3 years ago and i go start it about every 3 months and it has never failed to start right up she has used it a couple of times when the power was off. She loves the key FOB.

While it hasn't been needed yet, we are glad it is here for piece of mind, as we do get quite a few power outages, where we live. It went together quickly, and easily, and started easily. The remote is awesome. Couldn't be more pleased. We are confident it will give us many years of service.

Very well built generator. I purchased the WGEN9500TFc in August of 2023; although I haven't had to use it so far,i'm prepared if need be. I live in New Orleans, La. and we go through some type of tropical storm or hurricane yearly. I feel confident that this generator will be able to be my backup power if needed.
