Bought this generator just so I can be prepared in the event of an emergency. The unit fired right up after unpacking and I must say I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is. Also really like the duel fuel option, so much easier to store propane. This unit will easily handle my fridge, freezer and water pump in the event of a power outage. Glad I chose Westinghouse, awesome piece of equipment.

Bought the generator on the 16th of May and it was here on the 20th. It was simple to assemble the needed components, add oil and gas and it started right up and powered the items I bought it to power with lots of watts to spare. I searched a long time and this Machine is the best bang for the buck in the 9500 to 12000 class.

Bought this in preparation for hurricane season. Love the tri-fuel and battery features--has both push button and wireless remote control startup options. Set it up to run on propane--used the remote control and it started on second attempt (as expected). So far, so good.

I purchased this generator shortly after the Texas' ice storm and plan to use this generator to power the entire house (central AC included) during the hurricane season. Had the interlock installed and was amazed how easily the generator electric starter started up. Above all, it powered the entire house with ease on propane. My first generator and Highly recommended if you are looking for a stand alone generator for the house.

I purchased this particular generator after suffering through a winter storm without power for 8 days. After weeks of research I landed on this one. I am very pleased I took the time to research various generators. This one is amazing and simple to use. I haven't even put gasoline in it yet. So far I have been running it on propane and it runs without any issues at all. Setup was effortless and with the installation of a transfer switch, this bad boy will power the most important electrical components of my house when I need it most. I highly recommend this product.

This is the best generator ive ever had. it will run on propane,gasoline and natural gas. Ive been using natural gas and the generator will prime itself and start. ive been able to run almost all my circuits except central A/C and thats not a biggie problem. i bought this for winter time in Texas and we have blackouts in icy weather.

I wanted a duel fuel generator that could be used for multiple applications: Home Power back-up, RV power, Job site power. I found the WGen9500DF on line, and after hours of research believe it provides the best features for the money. In the last Hurricane, it was difficult to get gasoline and so we could only run our generator half of the time.... Having the LP fuel source will allow us to store/stockpile more fuel and be able to run the unit 24/7. Having all 3 plug styles is also great for all the applications we plan to use it for. The big bonus is electric start and a wireless key fob! Looking forward to many years of useful life out of this unit!

I have only used it to try it out and it works great. It runs my whole house even my AC. The only thing it won't run is my heating system. I have a gas stove and water heater and a wall gas heater. Hope I never have an emergency and have to use it, but now I'm ready.

I bought this to up grade to propane fuel. I used it for the first time the other night during a power outage. It fired right up and worked as expected. I am very happy with this as it powers my whole house when hooked to my automatic transfer switch. I love the remote key fob and used it to shut it down when power was restored. I didn't even have to go outside! Love it!

Received the generator in a nicely packaged box. Only a couple small visual defects, did not impact the function of the generator. Setup (assembly, adding oil, reading setup and start steps) only took about 15 minutes and was very simple. Overall a great product
