I wanted a duel fuel generator that could be used for multiple applications: Home Power back-up, RV power, Job site power. I found the WGen9500DF on line, and after hours of research believe it provides the best features for the money. In the last Hurricane, it was difficult to get gasoline and so we could only run our generator half of the time.... Having the LP fuel source will allow us to store/stockpile more fuel and be able to run the unit 24/7. Having all 3 plug styles is also great for all the applications we plan to use it for. The big bonus is electric start and a wireless key fob! Looking forward to many years of useful life out of this unit!

I did a ton of research for a portable generator. After looking at features, reliability, and customer reviews it became clear this was the right one. I wanted a dual fuel generator that could power most (if not all) of my house in an outage which seems to be happening more and more frequently. The unit arrived well packaged with clear easy to follow directions. Assembly only took a few minutes and it fired right up. I haven't had a chance to run it for an extended time yet but based on the quality build I expect it to do just fine for a long time.

Generator arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected. Delivery service called and shared generator was ready to unload. The driver unloaded the generator and rolled it all the way to the garage door. The manual and product registration easy to understand and submit.

Packing was perfect. Good looking Workmanship. Set up was easy following the easy to read instructions. Filled the engine with the included oil, added gas and connected LP. Set fuel selector for gas, Followed starting instructions then Pushed the electric start button and engine fired right up. Connected a couple electrical tools to see what the generator would act like under a load and everything operated perfectly. While the generator was running on gas I switched the fuel switch to LP and without any loss of power it was running on the LP. Then switched the fuel back to gas and it was again back to running on gas. So easy to switch fuels while it is running. The easy starting will be a blessing when the power goes out to soon.

At first I used this generator mainly for power backup at home with a transfer switch but the outlets located on the sides are also an advantage for hooking up extension cords use for backyard playtimes and my power tools when I don't run it for power emergency. This generator provides enough for all my needs running at once like a/c ,furnace, fridge and many other small devices. The only con is that I had to upgrade and change my outdoor outlet from 30A to 50A sure it was extra works but worth it. The remote starter and the ability for dual fuel got me to pick this one. There are so many good things about this power station that I can't mentioned everything positive here if you are looking for an all generator and full of option look no more.

WGen9500df was delivered on may 10 2022 connected battery plug per instruction unit will not start. Tested inline fuse all checked out OK still won't start after I contact tech support will see is unit starts waiting for 9am eastern time for office hours

Purchased them generator on Sep 12. Delivery was supposed to occur on the 15th. Finally delivered on 25 Sep. I understand deliveries sometimes don't go well so I was willing to look past that. I openedThe box the next day and followed the setup steps exactly to the instructions. After adding oil and gas the generator wouldn't start under battery power or pull rope. I began trouble shooting by checking spark plugs. There was spark so I then began tracing fuel supply. I had gasoline to the float bowl in the carb (yes the switch was on gasoline not propane). Tried starting again with no luck. I verified the oil level was within range and it was so I went to the manual and tried all listed troubleshooting ideas. I then tried the service line which must not be available on Saturdays. As a last ditch effort I removed the panel for the control board and began looking for electrical problems. After searching I discovered a disconnected wire (appeared to be bad quick connectors or bad crimp). The wire was the low oil sensor. After replacing the bad connector the generator started and ran smoothly. I decided to leave this review after several hours of troubleshooting my brand new generator that wouldn't start. My intent is not to complain for no reason as I hope this situation will be corrected for other customers. The generator itself looks like a good product and I am pleased so far once I got it running; this is why I took the time to leave this review because it seems to be a good generator and I would like to recommend to others but it is hard to do so when forced to deal with the frustrations that I described above. I hope that you are able to correct for other customers. In honesty I would like to try some of your other products but I am hesitant to do so after this experience.

I bought this about a month ago. The directions were simple to follow and it took about 30 minutes to get this unit assembled and running. Started on the first try and seems to be a quality unit. I am confident I will be ready for the next power outage.

Purchased, it arrived early. We attempted to start it with gas, it wouldn't! So we tried propane, that worked! BUT, it wouldn't even run a simple box fan!!!! Disappointed to say the least! We called, left a message, got a case #, and are still waiting

Just became a homeowner and have experienced some power outages. After careful research, this generator put out the wattages I needed to power all the essentials in the house without the hefty price tag as other brands. Very simple to put together and get started. I love the remote start feature. I also like the handle which makes it easy to pull in and out the shed. So far so good, I'm very happy with the purchase well worth every penny.
