Received the generator in excellent condition from the shipper. As I unpacked the unit I was increasingly pleased with the quality and features of the generator. Documents were exceptional as well as the easy of registering the warranty. Here in South Florida a standby power supply is crucial to living in a home without utility power. I'm almost looking forward to the next hurricane.

We purchased for backup power during our many power outages. Once we got passed the delayed delivery and the damaged shipping carton. Then only to find out that the exhaust heat shroud had a dent in it! I inspected and everything else looked ok. Set up went quick but it could have used a little more oil shipped with it. Didn't want to run on fuel just yet for the first time so I hooked it to propane. Used the key fob and the gen started first try no problems. Power output is as designed, powers everything we purchased it for. No issues fingers crossed. Thanks!

I bought to have portable power around the ranch for welding and rock hammering/drilling equipment. Starts up easily. I like the duel fuel option. Propane is nice so that gas does not sit to long in the equipment. Rides well in the back of my Kawasaki Mule.

This generator really saved us during Tropical Storm Isaias when we lost power here for about 7 days. I was seamlessly able to switch back and forth between propane & regular gasoline without any issues. The generator was able to basically power everything in our house while the ConEd electrical grid was down.

I bought this generator to power the whole house since we live in the mountains. I'm hiring an electrician to install a 50 amp power inlet box and interlock kit. I'll be using propane to fuel it and expect that, although we'll have a slight loss of power due to high altitude and using propane, we should be able to run most of the house utilities; well, furnace, freezer, fridge, and lights. The package arrived in great shape and the instructions were well described. Please note that you have to connect the batter, of which is not listed in the instructions! Overall, very satisfied with this purchase, a bit heavy, but the large wheels and padded handle make it easy to move around. Love the remote too! The only other item I'll need is the cable to connect to the house.

I bought it a month ago. Delivery took longer than Amaxon predicted, but it got here fine with the box intact. A few days later I opened it to begin assembly and testing. This was routine and went quickly and without complications. I added the oil as instructed and since I have a dual fuel I decided to attach a propane tank first. It started right away. I stopped it after a few minuts then tried the remote start with the fob key. Same thing, easy to start and stop. Ièll continue testing once a month, especially since I live in Canada where temperatures sometime go to - 25C. How will it start when it is that cold? All is set for the next power outage. There have been some bad ones lasting many days in the last years. I feel I now have good insurance to get through them comfortably.

The unit worked well after it was installed. The directions for pairing the remote are not correct; if they are correct in the manual then that method did not work with my unit. When operating the unit a lot louder than as marketed. Odd that in the manual it clearly states the unit can not be operated in the rain, this seems to defeat the purpose of using it as a back-up generator (marketed as a whole house backup) during a huricane (Beryl).

I purchased this new in December 2022, at the recommendation of my in laws. I wanted dual fuel, electric start, and a 50A capability, and this checked all the boxes. Easy unpacking and simple set up. Followed the instructions and it fired up immediately. I've used it for many things, mainly running my home for extended storm related power outages here in Mississippi, and it DOES NOT DISPAPPOINT! Electric start is so nice to have, well labeled control panel, but the most impressive thing about this generator is how easy it rolls!! You'll love it, highly recommend.

I needed a generator after my power went out for multiple days. Never again will I have to throw out all of the food in my fridge or have to relocate my whole family to the in-laws while everything was getting sorted out. This generator was easy to set up and the controls are super easy. Not sure how my generator has a remote start, but it is pretty cool! I can power my whole house, no problem.

Nice generator. Very easy assembly. It is loud just like all generators of this type. However it is quieter than all of the other ones in my neighborhood. To my surprise, the fob start works well. At 120 feet, it started and stopped the engine. I have 2.5 hours of runtime, for testing and break in, and so far so good. More power and more features the a similar priced generac.
