This generator was delivered in perfect condition. It has all the features in a portable generator that I wanted. The duel fuel option was the absolute must. If you run out of gas, then you can switch to propane. Propane has such a long shelf life. I am also getting a 50amp transfer switch installed on on panel so I can easily just plug in the generator without having extension cords running throughout the house. The running watts has plenty of power to run a central air unit, two fridge's and some lights. Just what you would need during a power outage.

We needed a sizable generator for our well and we chose a dual fuel unit that has very positive reviews. We have propane available and this eliminated the problem with gumming up with poor gasoline. It fired up right away. We are 100% pleased. Thank you

I bought his a few weeks ago and have only ran it once to test it out but everything worked like it should and is built well. It has tons of features I love like the duel fuel option, electric start and display for wattage usage, etc. I recommended this generator to several friends and family.

Wanted to buy a generator for years but could never pull the trigger. After losing power for a few day and hours of research I finally decided on this one and so far have been very impressed. Attention to detail is what made the decision easy, from the little tool kit to the funnel and quart of oil that comes with the generator they thought of everything. Can't wait till the next power outage, lol!

We bought this generator in November of 2023. We've had to use it twice due to power outages and both times it has started up and powered our whole house. Both times we ran the generator off of Natural Gas and had everything turned on except our 5 ton A/C unit. (As a side note, I have run the 5 ton A/C with the generator during testing and it did fine, but this was a mild December day in Houston, TX, not sure what happens on a hot summer day.) I am using the included 1/2" NG hose and plugging it into a 1/2 NG connection I installed for this purpose. I have ~50' of 3/4" pipe to get to the spot where I tie-in to my NG meter and it seems like there's enough gas/pressure to feed the generator. The biggest issue I have so far is the generator will NOT start up on NG fuel. I had to fill the tank with gasoline then cut over to NG and once I cut over it stays running on NG. Not sure what the issue is, but it's not the end of the world. I've done very little diagnostics and I have not contacted customer service so the issue might be a quick fix. I have gasoline on hand so it wasn't a huge problem for me. We would 100% make the same decision on purchasing this generator. I have friends who have bought 13000-15000 watt machines that are much bigger/heavier/bulkier. While big, this generator seems manageable and isn't too difficult to maneuver. The wheels are sufficient and the built seems very sturdy. It is big enough to power my whole house (2-story, 2500 sqft) so I'm very pleased. I'm only dinging the rating for the simple fact that it should work flawless right out of the box and unfortunately the NG start is flawed.

I just bought this generator a couple of weeks ago. I love every sing future of it. The wireless remote start it's one of my favorite things. The reason I give it four stars is because I wished the generator wasn't that loud. But other than that I am happy with my purchase.

Had electrician install 50 amp transfer switch at my house. Tested generator on Propane fuel - ran all the lights, appliances, water heater that I expected to run during a power grid shortage. No problems with lack of power from the generator. Having the duel fuel option gives more options for fuel availability during gridlock times.

Just purchased this generator for the upcoming hurricane season! After several years of losing power for a few days at a time, felt it was time to have a backup plan. This model has the benefit of 3 power sources which is ideal for my situation. The set up was very easy and we started it up on the first try. It hooks up to the home grid and works like a charm.

You will not find a better generator, with more power, more features, for a better price period! The remote start and 'Smart Switch' ready is awesome! The noise level was as expected with this size generator, and dual fuel is a huge bonus. I only wish they made a tri-fuel add-on

Just got this generator and assembly was quick and easy. It started on its first attempt with no problems. Little loud when close to the generator but not bad when inside the house. Time will tell but so far im giving it 5 stars. I do wish they would provide a laminated or plastic instructions that could be attached to the generator for easy access, mostly for individuals that aren't familiar with generators.
