Arrived a little scuffed up on the frame but all main components ok. Started on the first try (remember to turn the fuel switch on). A lot of nice features and well priced for what it powers. Would recommend. Easy set up and clear instructions/user manual. All tools included as well as a propane adapter. Not too loud either for how much power it has

Bought during tax free time in Florida in preparation for the Hurricane season. I hope i never have to use it, but it is a great value, easy to set up, and looks good! The free cover for writing a review is a great bonus! My only negative is that the trickle charger came in with very bent plugs, but I've submitted that via the easy to use website, and I'm sure it will be taken care of!

I bought this product two months ago. Had an electrician install a interlock kit on my main panel with an inlet connection within 30 ft of my generator location. With the 50 amp outlet on the generator and a 50 amp extension I can run my house during power outages. This includes my well. Finally had the chance to use last week after a storm. Really didn't limit any power usage.

We purchased this generator to prepare us for the next power outage as we live in the Gulf Coast of Texas. I love the remote start and push button start feature and the overall look is very slick! It powered my entire house including my AC! We did install a soft start to make it easier on the generator when the AC turns on and off. Very happy with this purchase and I highly recommend Westinghouse! I'm actually looking forward to our next power outage!

Purchased this model based on reviews. I haven't had to use it yet. I am preparing for the hurricane season. Set up was super simple. One thing the instructions left out was to connect the battery. It started right up using a propane tank and don't anticipate any issues using gas.

I bought this unit today, brought it home, unpacked and assembled the wheels and supports, filled it with oil, hooked up the propane, and the engine started right up. I am very happy with the documentation and instructions. I only plan on using this gen in emergencies, but I live in Florida, so odds are it will get used.

I purchased this generator as a standby power source in the event of a power outage. Shipping was fast and product arrived in good condition. Followed initial startup procedures, and generator started as expected using propane as the fuel source. I really like the dual fuel feature. After break-in period I used the generator to power my house, worked great. I would definitely recommend this generator!

This is the second Westinghouse generator I purchased as I bought one for myself last year and another for my daughter this year who just moved into her new house. Bought generators were purchased as backup units when the power goes out and I am very pleased with the Westinghouse quality and performance! Both units have more than sufficient power to handle everything in our homes. Build quality is excellent! Voltage and hertz are extremely stable. I bought the WGen9500DF unit for my daughter so she could use it with propane and not have to worry about any gasoline related issues. Solid and reliable performance!

Delivery to our remote home was right to the driveway! The setup out of the box was very easy - just attaching the feet and wheels. It is VERY heavy (as expected) so a dolly may be helpful. All I had to do was add the provided oil, gas, connect the battery cables, turn on the fuel switch, and here's the part that blew my mind . . . it started on the first push of the start button!! Wow, I thought I'd probably need to wear myself out on the pull start for a few minutes, but not to be. Super simple!

Bought this in December of 2023, but did not have to use until today. Power went out, so I drug this out and it fired right up on natural gas for about an hour. Ran it on propane when I first got it just to see it run. Powered my well pump refrigerator, freezer, AHU, and misc. The air conditioning compressor did not start, but I just wanted to see if it would run. No big deal. The pic of the remote shows its condition upon arrival. It was shipped clipped to the main circuit breaker and got scratched from bouncing on the service generator LED. I notified the manufacturer when registering it, but do not remember receiving a reply other than an automated acknowledgement.
