My family and I are very happy to have this product, Fuel Portable Generator a month ago. My grandson, 15 years old, is medical dependent. When we got a power outage in the house, we panicked, had to decide to take him to the ER or a hotel ? Now we have this Duel Generator in the house, we can give him all the treatments without stopping.

finally used for the first time lost power for 12 hrs filled up tank with gas about 7/8 full did our normal things around the household,laundry,dishwasher,lights,tvs, computers showers we are on a well handled it no problem furnace as well didnt have to add more gas way more fuel efficient than my last generator.

I bought this generator after researching on Consumer Reports. It was considered one of the best. After receiving it, I was pleasantly surprinsed at how easy it was to assemble and begin to use. It has worked flawlessly and produces all the power I need for backup power to my house.

Very happy with the machine. Only issue on set-up was getting the bolts threaded for the 2 feet. The welded nuts are not exactly thread friendly. It started and ran on LP perfectly. Only real issue was with delivery. The advanced phone call said they would call a half hour before delivery, so I planned on that. But they just showed up without a call and fortunately I was there and could take the machine. I don't know where they would have left it had I not been home at that moment. The machine may be made in Vietnam, but it has all the quality earmarks of American Made, including a very nice glossy owner's manual. I will definitely recommend Westinghouse. I have not actually used it yet.

Couldn't have been happier with this purchase. Easy to use, powerful, versatile options and dual fuel. What else can you ask for? And the price can't be beat. Bought for my son to use with his portable welder but now we are coming up with all kinds of ideas with the portable power and the added security to use for power outage security is great.

I purchased this powerful generator after having a smaller one what a difference. This Westinghouse runs all our camper needs both air conditioners and the micro wave all at once. It has amazing power with great features like remote start, and it is no louder than our small one. We love it

It looks like a great generator, but have not had a chance to use it yet. Only reason I did 4 stars instead of 5 is because several parts of the frame were chipped and scuffed when it arrived (must have been due to shipping I guess) and two of the threads for the rubber mounts on the bottom were stripped upon arrival. I had to re-tap the threads, which isn't a big deal but wasn't something I should have to do for a brand new product.

I bought this generator because of the tri-fuel option and it's wattage capacity. Mainly because gasoline is hard to get when there is a major power outage and I have natural gas at my residence. I have only had it running once so all I can say is so far so good.

Just received our Westinghouse 9500DF and couldn't be happier so far! Sleek design, sturdy and comes with a remote start which was a bonus because we didn't realize this was a feature when we purchased! Feel much better knowing we have a backup plan should we ever need one.

I bought this generator to power house during an outage. I have not run gasoline through it yet, only propane. I tested it with a freezer, refrigerator/freezer, furnace, and a few indoor lights. Worked out really well. Ready for a possible outage. Happy with purchase.
