This unit functions great, had one issue shortly after purchase the digital readout meter went nuts but I checked the voltage output sent a email to westinghouse with my voltage readings and they mailed me a new digital readout meter, didn't even have to take it to a repair service center / person. Now this hurricane Lara just did a smack down on us so it's in use again and flawless. Heat wave on and we are sleeping in comfort keeping our freezers ,frig, a/c's running. Even hot water heater but I do turn other stuff off while running the water heater. It is a fine product indeed.

purchased this product amazon. it was on back order. i talked with electric generators DIRECT. they assured me the product would be delivered in early june. thy kelp me informed and was delivered in good condition just as they said. i am well satisified with the generator. thank you direct generator form delivering all your promises.

Bought this generator a month ago to power a food trailer. To my surprise, this generator has the power to feed my trailer along with another one if I choose. Started up on the first time with no problems. I would definitely recommend to my other friends!

My requirements for dual fuel are non-negotiable, and this workhorse stands out among its peers due to its pure power, functionality and quality. The design is well thought out and once the wheels are installed, it's truly portable despite the weight. I have yet to fully benchmark the Genset, but I look forward to its performance for years to come!

Power was out a couple weeks ago and my old generator wouldn't get it done anymore, ordered this one because it had all the features I was looking for at a great price ! Haven't had a chance to use it yet , but I put it together and , ran it a little and got it all ready , just waiting for the power to go out again!

So glad I purchased this generator. I was going to purchase the smaller Westinghouse generator but after talking to their customer service representative and for a little more money, I opted for this one. Firstly the delivery was right on time and there were two men delivering this and they were very careful as I watched them from my doorbell camera. As far as the generator, it was packaged very well and nothing was damaged or missing. Super easy to set up. Just installed two wheels and two legs and that's it. Read all the literature and user manual before using and you'll be good if you follow the instructions. The generator started right up with no issue. As far as power, this thing ran my condos a/c although it's a smaller unit, it had no problem powering it as well as lights fridge and tv with ease. Make sure you check all the appliances power consumption ratings to make sure you're within the proper range. I decided I would take it to my shop to try my welder on it. The generator rolls very well and I had no problem wheeling to my shop behind my house. Again this generator met the challenge with ease. This has many perks ( electric, remote and pull start as well as dual fuel etc ). I emailed Westinghouse's customer service prior to purchasing to ask a few questions and they replied right away. You can feel confident buying this generator. Westinghouse has a great product and their customer service is spot on. No regrets here.

I bought this generator because of its features. I like the idea of its electric start, remote start and its dual fuel (gas and propane) capabilities. It was very easy to set up. Once I did, I tried the electric start feature and it started right up. After running it for awhile, I shut it down, then tried the remote start. It worked like a charm. I'm sure that this will come in very handy during the next power outage. This is a great value for the price.

I bought this item last month and was very pleased with how quickly it was to get started and move it around. I gave a 4 star because two of the screws that connect the feet (assembly required) were not large for the pre-drilled hole resulting in stripping one of the screws to attach one of the feet. Otherwise, we installed the fixtures to our home and it powers up all the items we need (heat, air conditioning, appliances and other).

I just hooked up my new Westinghouse generator, replacing my 21 year old, pull start Honda that had half the power. I used to have to select which circuits to activate as to not overload the system. I can now run the entire house. I still have to use common sense to not run the electric clothes dryer while baking in the oven. The Honda started on the first pull in the warm months, but winter starting required too much pulling for my aging shoulders. Having an electric start generator is my early Christmas gift. The Westinghouse started right up on propane and gasoline, and ran smoothly. It is also less noisy that my old generator. All in all a great purchase.

Just bought this Westhouse 9500 Running / 12500 Starting Dual Fuel to power my whole house during our frequent outages with my Soft Starter installed . Seen many great reviews and recommendations . My next outage I will be ready and review how it went
