I purchased this Generator to use as backup for my property and as a source of portable power. It had all of the features I was looking for. I liked that it includes everything you need to get up and running (Oil, Propane lines, Funnel to fill it, and the wrenches needed to put the wheels on), this made setup super simple.

Purchased for home backup power and needed something big enough for using most circuits simultaneously. No damage to unit during shipping. Looks great, no damage on the body or painted surfaces. Seems well built. Put it together (easy), filled with oil and hooked up an LP tank. Started within 2 seconds. Nice! Haven't put it to the test yet, but my confidence so far is high.

Since I am mechanically challenged, I was concerned about the setup for this generator. It could not have been easier. I followed the directions and it started right up using propane fuel and I ran the generator for about 30 minutes. I bought it in case of power outages and to replace an old generator that was difficult to operate by comparison. Not hoping for a power outage but feel confident this will do the job if there is one.

I bought this back in Oct of 2021, and I finally unboxed it and set it up today 2/3/2022. The instruction were very clear and setup was easy. I put synthetic oil in this unit and connected it to a propane tank. I connected the battery and turned the battery switch, hit the start button. It automatically started up and purred like a lion. The best thing is that I did not have to mess with the choke, it just worked. I loved the included remote control and the included trickle charge battery charger. I connected a small heater to one of the outlets and it worked perfectly. So far this unit seems to perform as expected. Its just a great feeling knowing that I have this in case of a power loss during the winter months. I have recommended this unit to my friends and family. It looks great, and so far performs well.

We bought this generator a few months ago and it has been one of the best purchases we have made. We love the feature of being able to switch between Propane and Gas. When we had a storm a few months ago, our area ran of our gas so the Propane feature was GREAT!!!

I PURCHASED THIS GENERATOR TO RUN MY WHOLE HOUSE IN HURRICANE SEASON. AFTER A FEW TESTS YES IT RUNS MY HOUSE WITH A 16 SEER AC UNIT, BIG REFRIGERATOR, BIG FREEZER, TV'S, COMPUTERS, ALL LIGHTS AND ALL MY POWER EQUIPMENT. I AM AS HAPPY AS A KID IN A CANDY STORE.

I bought this a few weeks before Hurricane Sally just in case. I actually never took it out of the box until after the Hurricane passed. It started right up and kept going without a hitch. We were without power for five days and I never had a problem. I did stop it to change the oil at the 20 to 25 hour mark. A fantastic generator and i look forward to hooking it up to the house with the transfer switch option.

I bought this generator to use mainly as a backup for the house in case of power outages. The main reason I chose this model was the ease of operation, duel fuel, easy starting and it's more than big enough to power the whole house. Out of the box, set up was easy. It has puch button start, remote start, automatic choke and easy to use outlets. I'm having a qualified electrician install a transfer switch so it can be easily hooked to the house with one cord. This unit is well worth the money spent...

Initial test shows that the generator works seamlessly with my manual transfer switch and propane input. Assembly was easy, but female portion of bolts that hold the feet have a defect and I couldn't attach one of the bolts. The generator started up first try, and although loud (expected) I look forward to a powerful solution next time the power goes out.

I bought this today after careful research. Decided on the feature of gasoline, LP or Natural Gas. Everything I desired in one package to include 9,500 watts power. My intention for using the generator as a back up power supply. With my natural gas service, I won't have to stop to refuel. The remote starting feature is fantastic.
