Brought the unit to have it during the hurricane season. Been off power for a few days & almost a week during some of the pass seasons. But now I will be worry free. Especially since I got one for natural gas & all the great features. I will set it up to my panel board before the season starts this year.

I received this product yesterday. The home delivery was very convenient. Unpacking and minor wheel kit assembly was a breeze. Initial startup (propane) was easy with the generator starting right away. Really like the battery charging port and included charger!

purchased this item after hurricane ian, once arrived, assembly required minimal, and once filled with oil, fuel and battery connection made starting was a breeze. just make sure choke is in the cold start position. tried all methods of starting, worked as expected. was especially surprised at the ease of pull start. very happy with purchase to date.

If u are in need of back-up power or for a camp setting this gen will power everything! The remote feature with auto choke is awesome. I had been lookn for a generator for a few years and this WGen9500DF is exactly what I have been lookn for! It weighs about 230lbs which the wheels make it very easy to move outdoors from indoors. I think it's quiet in comparison to other I have used!

We have had several outages over this past year. My wife was the one that wanted a generator. I did some reviews on the internet and this unit was rated very high. My electrician said this unit will run quite a few household items. Can't wait to use it.

Just received it, haven't had a chance to use it. Bought it to power the house in case of power outages. I have fired it up to test and had no problems. I like that it has enough outlets for multiple appliances or whatever you want to power. So far so good, I recommend the generator, well made to.

We lost power about a month after purchase. It ran perfectly for 10 hours straight until power came back on. It ran SO good that at one point when the snow was coming down and the winds were howling I thought to myself "I wonder if we will lose power". Then it dawned on me we already had!

Picked it up last weekend and was pleased at the ease of assembly. Also happy that it included the wheel kit. The built in handle is a plus. My previous generator has a removable handle that becomes a bit of a pain. I like the dual fuel capability. Haven't had the need to use it yet, and honestly hope I never have to. I did start it up to test it with propane, and it fired right up using the electric start. Overall, it seems like a great product.

This generator started right up as soon as I took it out of the box and put some gas & oil in it. I love the push button electric start and the ability to use either gas or propane to fuel it. I wish I would have bought this unit sooner. I now have peace of mind if a hurricane hits our area.

Just purchased the WGen9500. So far excellent. I set up the system to my home. Started the generator and it's doing everything as required. I reviewed several other generators and Westinghouse offered more features and the cost was less than others. Looking forward to losing electric so I can use my generator.
