So glad to have purchased this generator. We bought this last December (2021) and it sat untouched until just this last April (2022). We had a bad winter storm the end of April and lost power. But we were quickly able to set-up this generator and were able to power two chest freezers, two refrigerators, an internet router, & two computers with no problem for about six hours until our power was restored.

I bought this a few months ago for our 1000sqft home. After the freeze in Texas, we wanted to be prepared. Our electrician hooked us up with an interlock plate and plug. We tested it and it is amazing. I didn't try it, but I can probably run my AC unit if I wanted to with the other items! The dual fuel option is great as well! Love this product, the features and the value. Awesome quality and support!

I researched the heck out of buying a replacement generator to power my well pump and water heater along with a few other choice circuits. This was by far the lowest price, highest watt, dual-fuel generator out there. So far I have only tested it and changed the oil as we have not had any power outages yet. The only two issues so far is Westinghouse (due to liability, I'm sure) won't give me a straight answer on how to hook this up to a 100 lb propane tank. They keep referring me to a licensed plumber. And, the fuel gauge hasn't worked from day one but one call the tech support and a replacement is supposed to be on the way! Very happy so far!

This is very good generator with lots of Features. Connected to home with 50 AMP transfer switch and was able to run almost all lights and fans and refrigerators in the house. Easy to setup and start. Remote control is added feature to start and stop.

I bought this after the winter storms in Texas. I've tried it a couple of times to make sure it works and I'm really impressed with it. It powers the house with no problem, with enough extra to run a few extras. The control panel has plenty of room to plug in equipment as well.

Got it home, got the wheels and legs on with no problem, charged the battery overnight, gassed it up and cranked it. Powered on my six circuit transfer switch box and ran for several hours. Easier to move than anticipated, and no problems at all. Ready for the next power outage.

bought the unit after the last power outage in our area. Since then had another one that lasted a day, main reason for the purchase was the house has a sump pump, but a bonus was I can have a lot more utilities added, the refrigerator, furnace and a few light.

It looks like a great generator, but have not had a chance to use it yet. Only reason I did 4 stars instead of 5 is because several parts of the frame were chipped and scuffed when it arrived (must have been due to shipping I guess) and two of the threads for the rubber mounts on the bottom were stripped upon arrival. I had to re-tap the threads, which isn't a big deal but wasn't something I should have to do for a brand new product.

Just set up my new Westinghouse WGen9500TFc Generator and connected it to my whole house transfer switch. Best user manual I've ever received. Covers everthing. This thing runs everything I need . Will switch to synthetic after a couple of hours of operating it so it can run at 20 below zero. Bought this for the tri-fuel options it has. I'll run it on propane and natural gas will keeps me from having to deal with maintaining gasoline and the carburerator. However, if need, I can use gasoline. I really didn't see another option for a 240 volt 50 amp generator.

Purchased generator after researching many different types and sizes. The Westinghouse 9500 Dual Fuel was selected for its great track record, reviews and versatility. With 20-30-50 amp output plugs this model can be used for home or RV with plenty of power to run most needed appliances. Delivery was within 4 days and and assembly was easy (wheels-front support legs-add oil and was ready to go in less than an hour. Everything was tooled perfectly and even included the necessary wrench.
