Great Generator that is easy to use and set up right out of the box. Does everything I need it to do plus. The control panel is self explanatory. I haven't put it under load yet, but I have no doubt it will run my household during a power outage. Lots of admiration from friends and neighbors. Happy with my purchase so far.

This generator has many features that make using it convenient. Remote start, dual fuel is an easy switch when needed, leave gas in the tank but run it out of the carburetor before storing and battery charger are some of the features that make this generator a good choice.

2nd time using the generator. I followed gasoline startup procedure, turned the fuel selector knob to allow for gasoline operation, fuel starts poring down into the engine and appears to be coming out in several places. Obviously I can't use it now since it is a fire hazard. Very disappointed since it is only 2 months old.

Live on the gulf coast and am glad I have a generator to keep the house up and running during hurricane season if needed. It's way too hot down her to be with power and AC for too long. Love the fact that we can use our natural gas line and don't have to go hunting for gasoline.

This generator is not only the best investment we bought but now we have a piece of mind when our power goes out. We just went through Helena with a small generator that got us through but now with this beast we can power our whole house and not worry about overloading and cords running all over the house. We are getting this hooked up to the house so it will always be ready when needed. Thanks Westinghouse!! Btw runs like a dream and absolutely love that we can use gas or propane. Isn't very loud for how big it is.

I just received this generator, put gas and oil in it, connected the battery and it started the first try. It ran very quietly and ran smoothly. After five minutes, I put a load on it, and it worked as advertised. This generator is built tough and ready to go.

I bought this generator a week ago. Very easy to assemble. Manual instructions is very simple and accurate! Following instructions I did push start first without a problem and second start by remote control. Everything is perfect! Thanks a million to Westinghouse!

I bought this ahead of Florida hurricane season 2023. We put together and attempted to start it hours before a hurricane was due....and we couldn't get it to start. We were lucky that we did not lose power. It turned out that the generator I bought had a bad battery. We were able to charge the battery and the generator started up.

First time I went to use this generator when the power went out, I hooked up the battery and the panel indicator showed it was good. After several attempts to start, I realized it didn't have enough juice. I had to use my portable jump box to start it. Pretty sad on a brand-new unit. Otherwise, it was great.

This generator puts out a lot of clean power for the price. I am using it as a whole house backup with a manual transfer bracket installed on my main. Works great! It would be perfect and 5 Stars if they had it as Tri-Fuel, instead of just Dual-Fuel. I hope they add that to their future generation of generators. Manual start capability in addition to the electric start they already have would be nice as well.
