Bought today and after I assembled proceeded to test. The first impression was awesome. Noise level was tolerable and less than expected. Generator started right away without issues. Will attempt later with propane and finally have an electrician plug system to the house and test again. Will recommend this product.

The set-up and powering up was amazingly easy! I am a woman and was concerned about the weight of the unit and not being able to maneuver it easily. Once the wheels were on it was extremely easy to move. I would definitely recommend this generator to others.

Bought this generator in May to be prepared for hurricane season here in the Houston area. Got our first hurricane in Beryl and lost power for a few days and this generator not only lived up to the hype but it was a life saver and the dual fuel option is great. You get a better and longer run time from gas and better performance. Propane is great if you don't want the hassles of running a generator out of gas. It really isn't that bad, and now you can get ethanol free gas which will definitely help this year. You get more watts out of gas too. Love, Love Love!!!!

This was a must-have purchase after moving to Florida and experiencing two hurricanes within the first month. The unit is solidly constructed and feels very sturdy when moving it around. The ability to switch from gasoline to propane is a great option, especially in the event of a prolonged power outage. The push button start makes it really easy to get up and running, and the remote control is such a convenient feature. Kudos to Westinghouse for making great products.

I am not a paid advertiser/reviewer for Westinghouse or anyone else. This is an honest customer review. Did the initial break in and the unit runs great. Using non-ethanol fuel and have LP as my back up. Start up is easy from both the push button electric start and the remote starter. Have not used the pull starter yet. Unit is loud, but not as loud as some generators I have been around and this is typical for most portable generators.

Bought this product because we live in an area with many, many power outages. Just recently was scheduled to have and outage that was supposed to last 14 hours. This worked like a charm! Powered our whole house. It was nice to have power and running water! Didn't lag when running multiple things. We were smart, of course and didn't get crazy turning everything on. Has a long run time on a tank of gas. The remote key fob is awesome too. Don't even have to walk outside to start it up. I highly recommend this to anyone who live in a rural area. Lifesaver!

I bought this after the last Texas winter storm and power outage. I plan to keep this unit on hand as a backup power source. Setup was super simple and it worked flawlessly right out of the box. Love the remote start and included charger. You cant beat this generator at the price!

I just received my new generator. The generator was simple to set up. I chose to fire it up and run it with propane. I read the instruction about how much load and how long to run it. Generator fired right up and purred for three hours with no issue. I used two electric heaters for the load. I am now going to be ready if I ever need back up power.

Easy to understand the controls. The manual is coated so the paper does not fall apart. I like the carrying handle very safe. The Generator was well packaged for shipping. I love the dual fuel feature. I have a 500lbs propane tank with a quick disconnect fitting installed. Just plug in and start-no mess of spilled gas.

Everything works. I tested it out today, using propane. The electronic starter works great. It takes three times to get started, but it knows enough to automatically repeat the 2 last times, and get the engine started. Even after it had been warmed up, it still takes 3 starts. The remote start key fob works perfectly as well to start and stop the engine. Straight from the factory, the lithium-ion battery has enough joules to start the motor. After the test, I charged up the battery using the included charger. When the light on the charger changes from red to green, the battery is charged up. I am very pleased with the purchase. Now I have peace of mind in case of another deadly Texas winter freeze (as in Feb. 2021).
