I recently bought this generator and so far have been impressed with the features. It has a pull start, push button start, and a remote key fob that all work in starting without issues. The sound is not too bad, but as expected with a generator it does have that common loud engine noise when standing next to the generator. From inside the house it's just a low hum. It does run quite stable. I have yet to test it's load. I am having a manual transfer switch installed and once installed will give the generator a full test to ensure it will support the rated watts. No complaints so far. It is heavy and having the wheels and handle making moving it very easy. Wheels seem rugged so far.

I have an electrician coming in 2 weeks to “wire” it to the house. Very excited, he said this model could run the whole house, of course not everything at once. After loosing everything in 2 refrigerators a month ago we bought this and it's such a peace of mind.

The components are top notch, the assembly took less than 15 minutes, and this generator looks amazing. After months of research and narrowing down my options, I decided on this generator and I am 100% satisfied. There is a reason this generator is on back order.

I bought this generator to feed my house when theres a blackout, once a month over here. I love the little details (battery charger, remote start, propane clean running. And i'm espacially impressed by the current quality that it outputs. All my electronics run fine no problems

I purchased this because we are seniors and we had a generator you had to pull start and when it was 20 below zero and our power went out it would not start. I am in high hopes this electric start will benefit us tremendously. Have already tried it out and love it!!

I bought this product a few weeks ago at a great price and was surprised how well built it is and how little assembly is required. I had an electrician create a sub-panel, porting over the majority of important circuits from the master panel and this WGen9500DF seems to power everything, with the exception of my 5 ton AC's. I only ported one of my 5 ton units to the sub-panel, but upon start-up, it tripped the breaker on the generator, so at least the generator is protected. I will attempt to install a soft start device on my AC, hoping to get it to work with this generator, but in worst case, I can likely manage without my AC's for a few days in the event of an outage. I recommend this generator, which seemed to run just fine off both gasoline and propane. I do with there was a natural gas adapter capability.

I have friends that have the generator and with our upcoming snow storm that is projected I broke down and purchased one. So far I love the machine it is very easy to use. The only thing I question is that when I added the provided oil it didn't even register on the dip stick. Now I have to go back to the store to get more oil.

I've had quite a few generators and in the past and it has helped me figure out what I wanted and needed. This generator has it all. Power, autonomy, remote start and stop, all the outlet types I need and above all, dual fuel capacity. I am more than satisfied with my purchase. I'm not saying that this generator is the best just because it's the brand I've bought, I've done a lot of research (thanks to the Internet) and this generator was always reviewed as being in the top ten in its category. It's what I've been needing and it does justice to its reviews.

This generator came in last week. I put it together, added oil, connected battery and added gasoline. I opened the gas line, flipped the switch on the battery and pressed the start button. It took 3 start tries (probably to fill the gas line) and started running. Runs smooth and seems like it will meet and exceed our needs.

When this generator works it is a 5. However, I use it for power outages only and it has only worked once when needed. By just sitting outdoors, with the "Westinghouse" cover, it becomes unusable. The first time I needed it, it was totally dead. Turned out to be a bad control panel [covered under warranty]. It had only been started once, when I received it. After it was repaired, it ran one time in an "as needed event", ran very well, which is why I rate it as a 5 "when working". But needed it recently and once again it is dead [battery @13v]. In the shop again under extended warranty. Generator is not much good if it doesn't work when needed.
