Still brand new, so we'll need to see if it delivers when really needed, but it works just fine for now. Aside from nuts for the feet being welded not exactly in front of the holes where the bolts were supposed to be inserted, everything else appears impeccable.

I just purchased this generator and I must say the features are great. Set up was a little difficult. Definitely a 2 person job (please don't use your wife) unless she is a body builder because this monster is heavy. After everything was assembled, pour in gas, stabilizer and oil. Flipped the switch and pushed the button, she fired right up after the third cycle.

I have yet to use my generator under load, but so far I am very happy with my purchase. It was easy to assemble and has some great features! After adding oil and hooking up the battery and connecting my propane tank the generator fired right up. The key fob is a nice addition. The users manual needs an update as it had me disconnecting battery terminals when all I really needed yo do was connect the battery via an interconnect. All and all, I am happy with this product.

Received it this morning. Very well packaged, all parts were there. Assembly was straightforward and the machine cranked on both propane and gas the first time. Voltage and frequency were on the money. Actually can't wait for a power failure to really try this dynamo out. Sure it will power our needs just fine. Thank you for a well made American product.

Haven't had to use yet, but my house loses power at least 2x/ year due to storms. With 2 young kids we finally broke down and bought a generator. We love the dual power feature. This will definitely come in handy and we are pleased with the price and the features.

Arrived 8/3/2024 with no issues. Took about 20 minutes to install hardware and do pre-start check list. The generator started on the first try and also ran great on LP. No issues!! Next, get the transfer switch and easy start added to AC and I'll be ready for the next power outage.

I am happy with the product, I looked at my reviews before purchasing. The redundancy of dual fuel is nice especially in the event of an emergency. It is a heavy well built product. I plan on hooking it up to a home transfer switch for use during power outages to keep larger appliances and boiler system operational. The only issue is that the frame came damaged, as if a large object was dropped on it. There was no indication of this until it was opened which leads me to think it was done prior to boxing it up.

I just received my WGen9500DF this week and have been testing it out. It powers everything with ease and was not as loud as I expected! During my research before I bought this generator pretty much the only complaint I found that people had was how loud it was. To my surprise it was a lot quieter than I expected and don't think the noise level is unreasonable at all. Overall very happy with the generator!

A friend let us borrow this exact model after the recent hurricane and we were sold then. It was strong enough to keep us cool and comfortable for the week after the hurricane when we didn't have any power. Large enough to power one central A/C unit, refrigerator, freezer, Internet modem, and done outlets. I found the maintenance and break-in instructions to be very straightforward, and the push button startup was very reliable. Now I have peace of mind which you can't put a price on.

The Westinghouse 9500/12500 dual fuel generator was a easy choice. The easy feature of starting with a key fob, YES A KEY FOB! Press a button and done. Starting is easy even a kid can do it. The dual fuel is a noice option as IN case electricity at the gas pump is out Dual Fuel will always be able to keep this running as propane tanks refill without electricity. The unit even for its weight is really nimble to move in place to plug in to power my whole house. Assembly is easy. I choose portable that in the future of where I go I can simply take it with me and if a friend or family member needs to use it I can load it in my SUV, I don't even need a truck to move this bad boy. Fuel gauge is easy to read, front control panel is well laid out and not confusing. I will pick up a 40lb. propane tank to have on stand by ready to fire it up. The cast iron block was a reason to buy it as all the better police vehicles that have a cast iron engine blocks go forever
