This monster delivers everything I need. The electric start is super nice. The key FOB is a nice added touch too. Even though the propane delivers a slightly lower output... it's a clear win and makes this unit clean and easy to use. I bought the dual fuel because I like options, but, connecting a tank and pressing a button can't be beat. It auto chokes itself when using the remote starter which also makes using this a treat. Happy with my new toy

I purchased this generator cause of the different options of using gas or propane. It is easy to assemble and directions are easy to read. I started it with no problems and plugged things into it to see if it would do the job and it worked. would highly recommend this product.

We bought this after several power outages in our area. My wife was tired of throwing perishable food away so we did research on generators. This one fit our needs. We haven't had a need for it yet but we did a test run and it is very simple to operate!

Wow this thing is awesome! Perfect backup generator for entire house. The main reason I purchased was for the Tri Fuel Option. I didn't even know about the remote start which makes it that much more awesome. I have started it from the opposite end of my house. My only negative is how loud it is. But who cares about the noise if you need to power your house. So far extremely happy with this purchase. Great job Westinghouse!!

I am very happy with the product. The service was excellent and the order was promptly delivered. The personal were very helpful with all the questioned I asked . I was shown all the required features i wanted to know about in a very understanding fashion. overall it was a very nice experience with no hassle.

I haven't really had to use it yet but was very pleased with the easy set up. It took me longer to cut up the cardboard for the recycle bin then to set it up. I also was concerned it would be too heavy but it is easy to roll around on the wheels with the handle.

I bought this a couple weeks ago because we consistently lose power about once or twice a year. This one has the additional capacity to use natural gas, which is a neat option and it comes with all the necessary hoses. Assembly was a good father son project for me, and my nine-year-old. It fired right up for the break-in period. Now I'm just waiting to need to use it

This generator is perfect for our needs. We have occasional power outages. This generator has the capacity to run all of our essentials and then some. All of the necessary items to put it together were sent such as tools and oil. It was a breeze.

For some reason we have multiple power outages each year both in the summer and winter. We were tired of losing food every time, or having to keep buying bags of ice trying to save food while being miserable and sweaty in the summer. I also work from home often and if we don't have power, I can't work and don't get paid..bought this generator to take care of that, and after breaking it in and changing the oil it's at the ready. Came highly recommended from a few coworkers that bought the same one, and I can see why - especially love the built in charger port for the battery.

We have natural gas at our house already. When there is a disaster/ weather event it is easier to plug up to the natural gas line with a quick connector than to deal with gas spills, fumes and lines at the pump. I've had it started several times and it runs great, but I have hot used it for an emergency yet. It has run great thus far. Have your location planned out and leveled, as close to the main electrical box if you plan to interlock into your circuit breaker box . The delivery guys were great, and put it exactly where I was hoping. It's heavy but manageable with the handle and big wheels. The install was easy. Use your own tools, although the ones they had looked adequate. I finished by myself within two hours, using wood pieces to elevate the frame when needed. Seriously, I spent much more time converting my gas line fittings to 1/2 inch ( to handle the needed flow) or setting up the interlock than I did setting up this beast of a machine.
