This Is my second WH Generator and I can't say enough for quality and performance. Upgraded to WGen9500DF. Wanted more output and duel fuel. So far extremely happy as with my first. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great generator for the money. Can't be beat!

I bought this about a month and 1/2 ago. Will use it for our summer place. the set up was easy and well explained, wish all manuals were this good. The wheels and front supports were easy to install following the directions.The unit was \heavy and well built, better than I even expected. Westinghouse is very specific about its recommended oils follow them closely. With the attached (strong and substantial) handle it is moved without much effort on a paved/poured concrete floor, I have not tried to move it over the lawn as of yet. As for aesthetics, I love the blue color and beefy look. Finally have something I need and get peace of mind out of owning.

Generator was very well packaged and instructions for assembly were well done. Nice that everything, including oil and tools, was included. Ran it briefly using propane and it started quickly and ran well. Much less nervous now about possible power outages.

Bought this to use for my hunting and camping trips. It's big enough to power the mini split in my enclosed trailer in case of extreme temperatures and still run some lights and other items in camp. Assembled the unit, hooked up the propane and it fired right up. Just a bit on the heavy side at a little over 200 lbs but it's on wheels.

Living in Florida and experiencing hurricane Ian, I will not be without a generator again. After investigating several generators, we decided on this one as it checked all our boxes from gas to propane and should provide comfort in knowing your electric needs are covered.

I bought this generator after snowmegeddon left us without power for several days. I read through tons of reviews on a lot of different generators and decided on this one for my needs. It will run everything in my house except the central electric heater as it is a 60a breaker. It will run a 3.5 ton central AC, 12,500 BTU window unit and misc items around the house all at the same time or multiple space heaters for the winter. It satisfies my needs for what I intend to use it for, will also be of great use working away from readily available power source for the welder, saws etc. That all being said, it is loud. It will definitely disturb your neighbors, for this I intend to build a baffle box with ample ventilation to dampen the sound. For this reason I would not recommend this generator for RV'ing, however for backup home use it will work great and is a much cheaper option than the standby generators.

I bought this a month ago and it was super easy to setup. It started right up. I haven't really got a chance to use it yet. Power hasn't gone out, but I know i'll be ready for it. I love the push start and remote. Its super easy that my wife can use this when i'm not at home.

I brought this generator in February as a back up for the house. In Florida we have plenty power outages so it has been great to have this. After a lot of research I found this was the best overall pick for me and very happy so far with the performance

I love the dual fuel aspect of this generator, and it runs quieter on propane. Nice to not worry about old gas gunking it up after sitting, and more convenient to have an extra propane tank in the garage than gasoline, but nice to know that in a pinch (or Armageddon!) I've got fuel options. Started right up, parts and instructions were all there and as advertised. Definitely feeling more comfortable now that we can handle power outages, especially since we use well water and no electricity means no water! Very happy with the purchase so far..

We just received our new generator yesterday, it was packaged well and arrived a whole day early! We assembled the wheels and feet, no problem. We added the oil and fired her up on propane! Seemed a bit quieter than the smaller generator we had been using and we're keeping our fingers crossed that it will meet our expectation during the next power outage.
