First, it is well made and it comes well packaged. Second, it has everything you need, battery, oil, funnel, spark plug wrench, wrench to bolt on the feet, propane hose and battery charger. Third, It took me only 20 minutes to set it up. And finally , It starts easy with one pull or you can use the remote. I've owned three generators and this is my favorite because

Generator set up per instructions and quick start guide. Started Generator with remote and started quick and began to run. After about 8 minutes of running, the generator began to sounds like out of gas then died. Tried to re-start generator by pushing start button on front panel of generator and wires from just behind the front panel sparked and caught fire.

Incredible features, simple & reliable starting capabilities on propane or gas! I've used both fuels with no issues at all. My run time on gas was close 14 hours. It has remote start but I haven't used mine other than testing it's functionality. Overall a great generator.

At this time I am only giving a 3 star. Due to the fact that I can not manually start it with the pull cable when using propane. It will start manualy with the pull cable on gasoline with more than usual effort, then I would expect. But it will start at least manually on gas. I would like to give it a 5 star rating, but I am concerned about it not starting on propane using the manual pull cable. I would expect something better new right out of a box. Even the excessive effort to start it manually on gasoline. It starts with the starter and with remote key, both on propane and on gasoline. It seems to run really good and holds a good heavy load, which I'm impressed, at least about holding a load.

I used a smaller running watt Westinghouse from my neighbor to run my camper on a camping trip. I enjoyed to power usage so I bought a 12500 watts to run my camper or House in case of a power outage. I also like being able to use the 30 amp or 50 amp plug.

With 50 amp service: tri-fuel capable, this generator is perfect for a home with minimal heat loads (electric furnace/water heater/dryer; kitchen range; air conditioning?). I fully expect my expectations will be met by this Westinghouse quality generator.

Just purchased and haven't had a chance to use it yet. It is heavy at over 200 lbs. Gas cap is very large and I thought good until I started pouring fuel in. Due to a debris catcher had to pour slowly. Make sure you cut on the fuel cutoff before attempting to start it if using gas. Started after a few attempts.

I bought this generator 2 months ago and couldn't be happier. The dual fuel feature is a huge bonus. If I run out of gasoline, I know I can keep running on my spare propane tanks. All of my friends have Westinghouse generators and they never disappoint!

i bought this one month ago. I am a senior citizen. It was easy to move around on wheels. I started it up for the first time, and it started immediately. It was an easy push button start, no yanking a cord. No problems yet. I like the tri fuel option.

Bought a WGen9500TFc after going a week without electricity after Hurricane Helene. Install all the necessary equipment to be able to direct hookup to house we had a power outage this weekend and everything work exactly as expected. Very nice unit enjoyed the auto start feature.
