We bought our WGen9500DF to have as a power back up at home since we are total Electric, we love it and actually use it for many things around our property while doing projects. Love the Dual Fuel ability and the Wireless Keyfob Remote start. We love the features on this unit.

We bought this generator a couple months ago and had not needed it until last night. Strong storms came through and out power has been out for 19 hours at this point. We unboxed it and installed the feet and wheels in no time and hooked it up with Propane since we didn't have any gas on hand. It ran great. We got gas this morning and it switched easily over from Propane to gas. We have it hooked to the house via a transfer switch so other than the A/C, we can run everything. I has clothes in the washer and dryer when the power went out and was able to finish the m up after hooking up the generator.

I'm extremely impressed with the quality and functionality of this generator. Dual fuel, remote start/stop and tons of power. Not too loud and starts up easily with the push of a button. Easy assembly, as well. Great price compared to other generators that offer less features and less power.

Bought a WGEN9500DF for Xmas for myself. Old gas generator was just painful. What a great generator so thanks Westinghouse. Setup was simple The remote/push button start could not be any easier. Choice of gas or propane. Has all the connections I need and this unit runs my entire 330o sq ft home. Bought in November but setup this weekend with the impending East Coast storm.

I bought this in winter for backup support of the house. The equipment was easy to assemble, and it comes with a good set of instructions. I did have problems starting the unit, the issue was solved by calling tech support and following instructions on the phone. Just a little bit of starting fluid worked perfectly. They have a very good team.

I purchased this generator 3 months ago, and luckily I didn't need to use it, however I did turn it on twice just to run it. The first time it started up after a few times and I ran it for several hours. A month later, I tried running it again and it took a longer time to start it. After awhile I was able to run it for several hours. Today, I am trying again and it starts up, then shuts down after a minute or so. After I purchased this generator, I was asked to write a review and I would receive a cover for the generator, however I never received the cover. I also wrote the review based on the first time starting it. My brother is still trying to get it to start.

Had to wait for this generator due to lack of supply and high demand. Set up was amazingly easy, even for an oldster like myself. Instruction book is easy to understand, clearly written and well illustrated. Started easily and immediately. Remote start pairing instructions were clear and simple. Would buy this generator again.

Extremely surprised by the quality of product and ease of set up. I was fortunate enough to survive the delivery process without any damage. The box it came in looked factory new. The user manual and quick start instructions were on the spot. I was up and running within an hour, could have been quicker but I had to explore the unit as I was going. Hooked up the propane and hit the remote fob and BAM this baby came to life and purred like a kitten compared to my other lesser unit. Wife even commented "Wow that is much quieter than your other generator". The electrician installs the interlock this weekend. Can not wait to put a full load on it. So....So far I'm very pleased I made this choice. The oil funnel and tools were smart and welcomed additions. There are very few times I feel as I made the correct choice after receiving a product. This is one of those exceptions. Thank you

I bought this a month ago for its dual fuel use and for its 50A capacity, to use for my home during power outages. It ran well on first start. Manual and directions are good. Yet I am very disappointed. I got my 4-prong 50A cord today and it is impossible to plug it into the receptacle. A standard, thick, low gauge 50A line will not bend sufficiently near the receptacle to fit into it simply because the wheel size and location do not provide enough room. This is a design flaw on the generator. All 50A cords are of the same gauge. Smaller wheels will not solve it either, because then the generator frame will be tilted. I am very disappointed.

I just purchased the WGen9500DF and it is hands down the best! It has more features than you'll ever need. After simple assembly of the wheel kit and adding the encluded oil. I added gasoline, hooked up the propane tank and pushed the remote start button and it started right up. The noise level is very acceptable, comparable to a lawnmower. It is by far (even generators costing twice as much) a TOP OF THE LINE PRODUCT! Backed by a 3 year Warranty, what more could you possibly want.
