I bought this in late July. It came on a wood pallet. Delivery was smooth through a trucking company to my residential home. It was delivered by a truck with a lift gate on the back of the truck on 8.6.2020. It was wheeled up by pallet jack into the garage. I just recently put on the tires and assembled it, followed the instructions with a friend here, battery, oil, etc. to give its first test run on Propane gas, only. On 8.8.20, we fired up without a problem. I ran it for about 40 minutes. I turned it on and off a few times at the end of the run and tried all 3 different start types (button, key fob remote, and the choke), which all worked. So far, so good after 1 week of ownership. So Far So Good. The volume isn't that bad once you get inside the house. You want some distance between the generator when running and the structure or vehicle you would be inside nearby. Time will tell if there are any issues when it is used again.

I just received the generator today, it arrived in perfect condition. The user manual is very concise, so the assembly went without a hitch. I've ordered a 50 amp generator cord to hook the generator directly into the breaker box and will put it to the test soon. With the Florida hurricane season approaching I'm now prepared. One of the reasons I selected this generator is because of the 50 amp outlet. I have a 1400 square foot home so this generator should handle the whole house including the A/C, a requirement for my wife. This generator is packed with features that are only available on more costly generators. Read the reviews, this is the generator you need.

When going for emergency back-up power don't short change your self! I did a lot of research which resulted in a great choice - the 9500DF. You won't regret buying this powerful, full featured generator. Unlike some competitors this one comes with wheels, handle and battery plus the adapter for propane tank. I bought the extra power of 9500 running watts so the engine will not strain under 7500-watt load. . I barely notice when i turn on a 1500 watt space heater. Fill the oil on a level surface and you may need a little more than what comes with it. Even though it has an automatic choke when using the remote, I found the manual choke led to faster starts. I couple with a 10 circuit, 30-amp transfer switch and feel confident that my family will not be left in the cold and dark this winter -all at far less cost than a standby generator.

Bought this last month, and none too soon. Currently live in San Antonio where we are having a winter storm with power outages. Generator works fine so far to keep fridge, freezers, and other appliances working. Is also good for powering heaters to stay warm.

bought this about a month ago. as soon as it was delivered i had to put in gas and start it up. set-up out of the box was a breeze. machine started instantly, and was not as loud as other generators i have used. when our power goes out this will power my entire house.

It's basically a good generator, but came with some problems. It was a brand new generator out of the box. The 4-stroke engine ran fine, but there was no power coming out of the 120V AC outlets. It did not matter what 120v appliance/device you plugged into the outlets. The main breaker was not tripped. The individual circuit breakers at the outlets were not popped out. I turned the whole generator on and off a few times without any attached load but there was no change. I even pressed the red button on the side of the outlet case with the possibility that this is a reset. No change. The display on the Data Center said it was producing 242 volts at a frequency of 62 hertz. [This indicates it still had it's residual electromagnetic field.) Basically, the Data Center showed the generator was producing voltage, but that voltage was not reaching the outlets. After more investigation, I found the cause of the problem. Both 120V GFI outlets came tripped from the factory. I reset them and got 120V across the hot & neutral on all four outlets now. I also got 120V from each hot to neutral on the 30A & 50A outlets. Hopefully, this review might help someone else who encounters this problem.

Just received this. Have not run yet. Seems simple enought to operate. The wheels were fairly simple to attach if you have it propped up. The instructions on the oil level did not make sense though. Not screwing the dipstick back in seems hard to accurately see the level. Even when I screwed it all the way in, the full container of oil supplied only read to the bare minimum operating level. I'm not very pleased with that but I will talk to a tech to see what I need to do.

Easy assembly, started right up on unleaded. Bought as a backup home generator, ran for 2 hours no load and no issues so far. Seems like great quality. I would suggest running for 4-5 hours under load and then changing the oil to a higher quality full synthetic motor oil. I may be paranoid, but I don't trust the generic conventional oil that was sent with it.

Bought this unit at the end of last year and haven't touched it until hurricane Isiais knocked out our power for almost a week. Started right up, ran on both LP and gasoline and kept our refrigerators running without issue. Nice selection of outlets, compact size and remote start are all great features.

We had our electrician set up our generator with a direct propane line with a cutoff valve, a circuit box with 10 circuits run by the generator which we can switch to when the power goes out. This is a sweet set up since when we need power, we simply turn on the propane valve, plug the generator into the secondary circuit box, start up the generator, and switch over to our generator box for power. No fumes that I've noticed, volume while running the 9500 is probably less than our lawn mower, and the power seems to cover our draw--unless perhaps we turn on every appliance in the house all at once. It's a real rescue for California outages due to fire danger in the summer or high winds in the winter!
