I have just received this generator and have only operated it for a 60 minute break-in. It fired up right out of the box, no hesitation at all using propane. First off I would like to point out the quality that is built into this machine. The electric start is a great feature, and also including this really cool long distance key-chain remote to start and stop it from over 100 yards away. No need to weather the storm to stop or start your generator. Another great feature is the dual-fuel ability. this allows you to switch between gas or propane without even turning off the generator. no more temporary blackouts while you change the type of fuel. Includes everything you will need to start it up, (Minus you fuel choice) including a wrench, spark-plug tool, funnel, pouch, propane hose and regulator assembly and even the 1-quart 1-ounce bottle of oil. When this item arrived and was opened every thing was in perfect condition. The packaging was superior in protecting the unit. Assembly was amazingly simple and well thought-out. One of the first indicators of this machines quality is when you first lift the transporting handle to move it. It is a beefy handle with foam wrapping for comfort. The very well designed balance of this generator makes it effortless to more about. My wife can move it with little effort. The tires are large and the lift handle is strong, hefty and secure. O yeah.... the units resting feet have suction cups built-in to prevent the generator from creeping around while running on a smooth surface. I can not wait to put the this machine to work.... I just bought this unit and I am very impressed. It converts easily to a floating neutral, which is what I needed. It is also 50 AMP capable, also required for my needs. I also like that I can use propane, and easily switch to gasoline in a pinch. The remote start-up is also a really nice feature. The manuals are well written and the quick-start and maintenance sheets are outstanding. There is also info on the different oils and spark plugs that can be used!

This product was rated highly by previous customers, and I agree with those assessments. This generator shines with quality construction, intelligent and informative instructions, and ample warning labels throughout. Packaging was more than adequate to insure a perfect, unmarred product. It starts immediately using any of the three fuels and runs perfectly. Sold at a fair price and worth every penny.

I purchased this generator a month ago and I'm definitely glad that I did. This generator ran my house for five days with no problems. The natural gas connection was a lifesaver so I didn't have to venture outside in freezing temperatures to refuel.The key fob start worked perfectly

We've had an on-demand propane generator where we used to live, but thought that expenses wasn't needed in our new house. We still wanted to have a plan if we had a bad storm that knocked out the power for an extended period of time. We haven't needed to use it yet, but when I tested it, it started with the natural gas hookup on the second push of the started button - probably just need the time to get the gas into the system.

I just received my 9500tfc generator yesterday. I put the wheels on, and oil into it, to try it out on propane. It fired right up, and ran way smoother than expected. I'm very satisfied with the results,and also, You did a nice job in packaging of the generator. I'm very happy with it.

Very easy to set it up and get it running! I also appreciate the fuel flexibility and the multiple power plug options. I plan to use this for back-up power to my house when the electricity supply is not available. I live in the country and don't have natural gas so the propane option is a perfecte fit!

We are now in our 70s and this electric start is a game changer. No more pulling that darned rope! Also, the fact that it's duel fuel -gasoline or propane- gives us peace of mind that we're always ready. Overall, a very nice generator at a great price. Thank you.

This westinghouse generator is by far the best generator I have owned. It was very easy to unbox and put together and when everything was hooked up, I used the key fob to start the generator and it started right up. This key fob is the best invention for a generator. I bought this generator for the push start feature because I was tired of using the pull crank. Before I bought this Westinghouse generator, I compared it to comparable generators from other manufacturers. The WGen9500TFc was the standout with its higher running amps, the 50A outlet that could be used to connect into my home's electrical panel, and the push button start, which worked perfectly when I started the unit. Very happy I bought this generator.
