Bought after storm Helene struck this area and I was out of power for 5 days. If this device is as good as the way it was packed for shipping I will be OK. Easy to put together, wheels and 2 stands. One person with a little muscle can handle that. This generator looks like it can handle a situation like that. Wish I had been proactive instead of reactive.

After spending a week in the heat of July in Houston after Hurricane Beryl, I am so glad we have this generator now. We have tested it to make sure it is working (please make sure your battery is charged on it before attempting remote start, we learned this lesson and thought it was broken) and it is enough to power our fridge, fish tank items, lights, fans, TV and a couple of window AC units.

I bought this generator doing hurricane beryl and this generator performed beyond expectations, I have an interlock kit installed at my home and this generator keep the basic necessities going I am extremely great and thankful for this product keep up the good work.

I bought this a month ago. Fired it up today for the initial break in. The generator fired right up with the electric start button and I used the remote to turn it off after the 5hr period. Everything seems to be running smooth. Have not had a need to use it yet but feel prepared for any power loss with it in the garage ready to go.

Used my new Generator for the first time last weekend after a major thunderstorm left us without power. Powered the refrigerator, and the necessary lights for us until the Electric company restored the power. This is the reason I purchased the unit. Well Done!

Bought three months ago and had to use it once. Works fantastic and love the multiple fuel options. Only issue I did have was some corrosion build up was on the negative terminal on the batter. Simple fix was just brushing it off and it looked like new. Also my favorite color is blue so that's a plus for me.

This generator has great features. multiple fuel supplies, battery start, remote start, built-in handle, complete accessory package with everything you need to install wheels and supports, oil & funnel. I can't wait to fire it up. Also important is this generates 60HZ which is what every appliance in your home uses in America. All I need is a transfer switch and a few breakers.

Though haven't put this generator to the full test yet, so far am impressed and pleased with everything about it. Out of the box seems very well constructed with easy final assembly/prep/startup and all the features that I was looking for - plus some. See no reason this generator won't fully meet my needs for years to come.

worked great first time around. had two days of local power outage. The UPS's had a fit. all within specs +/-3 hz. They were bouncing all around. Had to unplug them. Even bought new, PFC/AVR, it didnt like the incoming power. I will be calling support. Watch out for your high amp current draw on start up, AC unit, this impacts other circuits that have sensitive electronics on them. Old UPS's may not like the input and 'think' they are on battery.

i recently purchased the WGen9500 to plug into my house. Although i wasn't sure it could handle it, i was pleasantly surprised i found i can run all my house circuits, with the exception of the GeoThermal system (which i didn't expect it too). I even ran my microwave. it setup easily and starts right up. Very nice system so far!
