I bought the 9500/12500 GENERATOR a month ago, nice features runs great.. I cute the power off my house and started it , hooked it to fridge & deep freezer and a couple of fans.Not that loud, so happy…..next I'm going to hook straight to the house…

Recently bought this to power my house during power outages. Setting up the generator was easy and straightforward. Generator is working great & we briefly tested with various appliances. The only issue we had was with the quick start guide. We used the generator with gasoline fuel. We were a bit confused as it didn't initially start after following the instructions. We noticed listed on the generator that there was an extra direction to turn on the fuel line for the gasoline supply. After turning on the fuel line, the generator started and ran without issue.

I bought this after a hurricane when I realized that my old generator wasn't powerful enough. The dual fuel feature will be a game changer, since the generator will not be used on a daily basis I won't have to worry about gasoline going bad. Build quality seems good, haven't used the generator enough to now about longevity, but I think it'll be fine if properly maintained.

worked great first time around. had two days of local power outage. The UPS's had a fit. all within specs +/-3 hz. They were bouncing all around. Had to unplug them. Even bought new, PFC/AVR, it didnt like the incoming power. I will be calling support. Watch out for your high amp current draw on start up, AC unit, this impacts other circuits that have sensitive electronics on them. Old UPS's may not like the input and 'think' they are on battery.

I've only ran it for the 5 hour breakin period but i'm very happy with it. Westinghouse has redesigned a couple of problems people had with this model so it shows they actually care. They redesigned the run/stop switch to be more reliable and moved the 50amp receptacle away from the wheel so the cable doesn't interfere with it any more. The user manual is very detailed which is much appreciated.

Super surprised on how easy it was to unbox, "assemble" (wheel kit and feet)...easy peasy. Follow the set up instructions and its smooth sailing. Not hard to move around. Started right up, ran perfectly. Had electricians over to install a lock out and soft start for AC...they were ultra impressed with the fit and finish. Load tested - this can run every essential in my home if power goes out. There are some things that you must prioritize, dryers, over constant AC, stuff like that - Gave me super confidence for winter and summer brown outs. It will take a while to get to know it better, plan on using it once a quarter and making a use log for maintenence needs. So far - A+

This tri-fuel generator has everything you could think of for convenience in operating a generator. Trickle battery charging so you don't have to worry about dead batteries, 3 different fuel choices, auto choke, remote and push button start etc. make this product stand out. It is slightly quieter than older models too! Excellent user manual makes this thing a breeze to operate and get started with. Highly recommend!

I bought this a month ago. Fired it up today for the initial break in. The generator fired right up with the electric start button and I used the remote to turn it off after the 5hr period. Everything seems to be running smooth. Have not had a need to use it yet but feel prepared for any power loss with it in the garage ready to go.

Very easy to assemble with clear and precise instructions on assembly as well as operational, safety and maintenance care. Love the fact that you have so many options to fuel power. Purchased this to replace 2 smaller generators and am very happy so far!

I purchased the Westinghouse Generator (Wgen9500tfc) a month ago. This generator is the best. I tested it and it supplies my whole house during in any power outage. I recommended this to my neighbors and they went out and purchased this generator also. This generator has outstanding power and is built to do the job.
