I just received my new electric start generator. I was unable to use my old generator because it was a pull start model. And as time passes, we find ourselves getting weaker. This is the perfect answer to older folks who don't have as much strength as we used to. I have tested it and it started right up. Love the fob!

I purchased this generator earlier this month and have had a very easy time setting it up and getting accustomed to the remote start and connecting the 50A power output. One notable aspect of the remote function is that it takes about 5-8 seconds after a single button-press to shut-off the generator for it to come to a halt, and that repeated pushes or "push and hold" is unnecessary.

Just purchased the generator 12 days ago. Was recommended by a master electrician. Setup and testing of the unit was a breeze. Instructions are clear and complete. The new load center for my home will be complete in a week. Looking forward to seeing how the entire setup will work.

The features on this gen set are amazing. I've owned many generator's in my life but this one wby far the best I've seen. Very heavy-means great motor and electric system. Ease of use, data center feedback, u could not ask for more. Bought this for our hunting camp to replace an electric start gen set because I am able to start it from inside of the camp. Highly recommend.

My son-in-law purchased this the WGen9500DF last year. Impressive performance. The installation instructions were VERY easy to follow. Unboxing, installing the wheels, and adding oil was under 30 mins. I ran it for 3 hours, changed the oil and then connected it to my home transfer switch. The true test is how many circuit breakers I can turn on in the house. I ran everything except the dishwasher and A/C. The generator can take a heavy load. I highly recommend this product.

We are new to Michigan and random sudden power outages from wind and tornados. We got this generator so that we could run a majority of the things in our home in a power outage without having to install a whole house generator. This was our first time using a generator and it was easy to set up and use, following the quick step guide. We used it with gasoline and found we could get about 11 hours of power off a full tank. It easily powered 2 full sized refrigerators, water pump, many lights, charging devices, and intermittent usage of things like blender, microwave, and coffee maker. We used it for 3 straight days until power was restored and we were thankful we had it! Worth the purchase.

I will admit it is a heavy unit. The system runs all of the essential items we need and then some. We did have to purchase some of the electrical power connections. But it does come with all of the essentials to hook up to a propane or natural gas. It also comes with a can of oil and set up is very easy.

It starts easily on both gas and propane, runs quiet for its size, and powers everything I need—including AC, fridge, and lights—without issue. The remote start and fuel flexibility are great features. Highly recommend for peace of mind during outages.

Bought this one to replace my 10-yr old generator. Did a lot of looking and reviewing till I decided to purchase this one. The features and dual fuel was exactly what I wanted. Remote start is an awesome feature. Haven't put it thru the paces yet, but did some test runs and couldn't be happier! Will update after storm season this year.

We did not open the generator for several months after we bought it until we actually needed it. We had a small broken piece on the propane quick connect. Support answered the phone right away and was exceptionally helpful!! We are very pleased with our generator thus far!
