Did my due diligence and there was no doubt that this generator was the right purchase. Low inventory confirmed that many others had come to the same conclusion as I. I was lucky to find one only 1 1/2 hours away and I happily drove to pick it up. Unit has all the features that I needed at a very competitive price. I easily did the installation of legs and wheels son positionning it in the desired location a breeze. Can't wait for the next extended power outage to put this great unit to work. Comes with everything you need to get it going. Wheel kit, oil, detailed O&M manual, and cover. 50 amp plug...enough for anything residential and light commercial. Starts fantastic! I am in the power generation business and highly recommend this unit for portable power.

I did my homework before buying and everything about the 9500 tri-fuel is acurately described! Easy setup and runs perfect on propane and natural gas. I'm choosing not to use gasoline so not to have to babysit with additives. Great purchase at a great price!

Bought this in the fall to replace my old generator that was having issues starting. So far I am very happy with it! Starts right up and runs every time. Very easy to set up and use. We usually lose power for days at a time during the late winter so that will be the true test, but so far I would definitely recommend this to a friend!

This is by far the best generator I have purchased. I love that it's a try fuel option and I could connect it right to my natural gas without the mess of regular gasoline. I also really love the remote start. Overall, this is a great product and I highly recommended and of course the price is definitely right for the amount of wattage you get

This new portable generator is a vast improvement over my previous generator, manufactured 20+ years ago. The new Westinghouse looks fantastic, starts easy,, and runs smooth. I've waited almost six months to submit this review, expecting to lose power in the meantime and have more than short test runs to evaluate the generator, but no power outages have occured from March thru August. The generator is heavier than expected and I'm glad a young strong grandson lives here with me to help move it. The generator is plumbed into the second electrical breaker box. There's enough generator power to do everything I need, except for water heater, clothes dryer, range, and oven. The microwave can be used at partial power, and at full power if other electrical stuff is turned off. I can even use the generator to power my geothermal system heat pump, but only when the outdoor temp is greater than 20 degrees F. The electrical resistance heating would use far more power but doesn't turn on until it's less than 15 degrees outside at my home. May ask geothermal tech to install a separate switch to turn off electrical resistance heaters when the generator is the only power source.

This has to be the easiest piece of equipment I've ever assembled. Have not started it yet because I want to put the 5W30 synthetic oil in so it can run below 20 degrees F. I have read good things about this generator and I am looking forward to using it.

This generator has features to keep the home owner and the generator safe. Will meet and exceed all my power needs , dual fuel gas or propane. Easy to move when needed with large wheels , covers over the outlets to keep them dry and working, just a well built generator.

Ok couldn't wait to open wife's gift till Christmas. Unbelievable solid build, manual was very well written and went into detail on which fuel ( gasoline, propane, natural gas) provided the best hours of operation and how to figure the appliances electric usage so you stay below the maximum output. Honestly hope I rarely use the generator but living on a river that has flooded will keep our sump pumps and freezers working until electricity comes back on.
