Great product, quality great. would buy from them again. Assembly was average, (not too hard or easy)

They have been great so far. Started with the welded cabinets then got the RTA. Both solid quality. Rather easy to assemble.

Great cabinet, looks good, well made, sturdy, fits well.

wrote a review as the whole set ,very happy read my first review

Love the new platinum color for the Bold series. I got the 13 piece Pro 3.0 series set and wanted to add a few more smaller ones so I pulled the trigger when they came out with platinum Bold series which are little smaller and more light weight which is what I wanted. Now just waiting for them to get the corner cabinets in platinum for Bold series and my garage will be done.

I decided to design my home office to look like a garage. After much searching and some outrageous estimates... I found NewAge. I could not have picked a better product for the office. The Bold Series has a great look that goes with the contemporary feel of the home. It is hard to believe, my order was delivered in a timely manner and came without a scratch. I have never seen such care in packaging. Look no more! This is the highest quality home garage products that you find!!

The shipping was slow. I believe that this was caused by supply chain issues because of Covid-19. Packaging was great not one item had damage. The products were high quality easy to install and great looking. The cabinets very sturdy, with nice shelving. The overhead racks are very strong I have 8 18 inch tires on the 8 ft x 2 ft rack. The tool bench has lots of drawers that slide easily when loaded. The casters make it easy to move. The slat walls installed easy and with so many accessories, I saved so much room in our small garage. Our garage is organized, we saved space everything is great quality and looks great. I would do business with NewAge again ,great customer service from the free design person to working out shipping timing. Thanks happy customer!

Okay so I bought a 9 piece set of Bold 3.0 cabinets and I am really happy with them, no complaints. But I decided I needed 1 more locked for storage and for the most part it is as good as the full set. The issue is with the full set the lockers and foot holders and bolts were all fully threaded and you simply screwed the foot holders on. With the otherwise identical extra cabinet the foot holders use Machined screws to attach the foot holders which are not as good as the pre threaded one on the other lockers. These were a huge wrist buster pain in the neck to attach and do not seem to be of equal quality to the full set. I made it work but I was not happy that I had to.

Getting this set was a 4month nightmare. First they sent the wrong set. Then they wouldn’t send another set because they lost it transit and said until they found it we were not able to get the set we ordered. Then some pieces came damaged and we sent them back before coming off the pallet. The delivery service they hired wanted us to stay home for three days until they could deliver to us. (No joke). Then they sent an extra set but we were left to figure out which pieces were from which set. Finally the same disorganized delivery service came back for the extra pieces and this time we took pictures of their stuff being loaded onto the truck, and then took more once they were strapped inside. Because it was such a nightmare Sam’s offered a discount as an apology, but it was empty words as the credit never showed up on our card. I will pay more anywhere for better service !!!

Arrived damaged and offered a minimal credit or we had to package, box, and secure to a pallet for a return
