Great product, quality great. would buy from them again. Assembly was average, (not too hard or easy)

They have been great so far. Started with the welded cabinets then got the RTA. Both solid quality. Rather easy to assemble.

Great cabinet, looks good, well made, sturdy, fits well.

I have 11 of the cabinets, 3.0 I believe, and 1 of the tall two door cabinets that I purchased recently. Everything is the absolute best in quality except for one small facet; the locks. the keys from the first set of cabinets that I bought over a year ago fit the tall cabinet I bought last week. No big deal, just a heads-up. packaging and structural integrity are second to none! I love these cabinets...

My wife bought me a set package of cabinets for christmas last year and I liked them so much we decided to order more to finish the rest of the garage. We went with Two of the new 42 inch lockers and 3 of the new 36 inch wall cabinets. Great quality, nice finish, sound magnetic latchs when closed and the extra width lets you decide how you want to configue them. Also the customer service is outstanding. I spoke to a few reps during the order and wait for delivery process (these cabinets were new and on back order, but they did arrive within a few days of what I was told) . One customer service rep that sticks out in my mind is Van. She was very polite, helpful and simply a pleasure to work with. Overall I am thrilled with the product. Lastly, I do not recall the delivery drivers name but he was a class A gentleman and he took the cabinets up my short driveway and into my garage.

Bought the 6 pc Bold 3.0 cabinet system in red for my garage a couple of weeks ago. The cabinets were delivered quickly (within a week from ordering) and were well packaged to prevent beyond routine damage. Installation was fairly easy, except I'd recommend knowing the highest floor area and start assembly at that end if tall cabinets are on each side of the system. I've received several compliments on these cabinets and they function well for my residential situation. The Bold series is not for someone who needs heavy duty cabinets and will use them daily.

The product is great. It assembles easy and I had no problem installing it in the garage. Only problem was shipping, it was damaged during shipment. And a replacement door had to be shipped out. I have ordered twice from New Age and both times damaged product during shipment. Maybe my next order will arrive in pristine condition.

Getting this set was a 4month nightmare. First they sent the wrong set. Then they wouldn’t send another set because they lost it transit and said until they found it we were not able to get the set we ordered. Then some pieces came damaged and we sent them back before coming off the pallet. The delivery service they hired wanted us to stay home for three days until they could deliver to us. (No joke). Then they sent an extra set but we were left to figure out which pieces were from which set. Finally the same disorganized delivery service came back for the extra pieces and this time we took pictures of their stuff being loaded onto the truck, and then took more once they were strapped inside. Because it was such a nightmare Sam’s offered a discount as an apology, but it was empty words as the credit never showed up on our card. I will pay more anywhere for better service !!!
