Rare Breed is, in my opinion, the best widly available bourbon available across the US. The flavor profile, character, availability and cost make this a MUST have for every bourbon drinker. If you're unsure, buy Rare Breed.

I would like a little higher proof. Would really love it if each batch even has a different proof. Let the whiskey really shine without the water added while aging.
