Taste of baking spices, slight cinnamon , mild pepper on the backend. Good through front, to mid, and back palate. Viscosity is excellent. This is my daily pour.

Tried"Rare Breed" year ago during a distillery tour. After first sip it became my favorite. It has that smooth taste without the bite of rye. Slightly sweet ,carmel taste with a slight short burn. Just what I like in my Burbon.

I bought it a couple months ago. While I had high hopes and was looking forward to it I found it not so tasty as I had hoped. It was expensive compared to ,in my opinion a cheaper bourbon But I’ll keep it around maybe it’ll grow on me..

If you are looking to get into the higher proof bourbons, this is great way to start. The nose is spot on, and the first sip is so delectable. I always have a couple of these on my shelf.

This is some smooth sipping bourbon. I am glad I picked up a bottle, it went down to quick though, so I am sure I’ll get another one soon. Highly recommend.

You can find single barrels and store picks, and pretty much every bottle of Russel’s Reserve that are superior but dollar for dollar you can not beat Rare Breed. It’s about $60 and blows away everything else in that price range.

I have went thru 3 bottles of Rare Breed so far and for the price it hold it's own against everything in that price range and can even beat more expensive bottles!
