Consistent, full bodied, but very smooth for a higher proof sip. WT 101 is my steady go-to, but I do step out with the Rare Breed every now and then. Taste it, and you won't begrudge me the dalliance. This blend is a true gift.

I would like a little higher proof. Would really love it if each batch even has a different proof. Let the whiskey really shine without the water added while aging.
