These are not the usual Jack Links Original Jerky snack packs!! Sam's changed these but they look very similar to the old style. These are more like a ground meat Slim Jim... They also have a terrible smoke flavor added and taste nothing like the normal Jack Links Original Jerky. If you like the Original Jerky DO NOT buy these, they are very disappointing. If you look at the pictures you would never know unless you looked very closely in the store that they changed it...

I've been buying Jack Links beef steak for years and always have them onhand. They changed the recipe and it's AWFUL. The sticks got 5g smaller, but they added 3 steaks per box, so that's a wash. However, the new recipe has increased sugar and adds 2g carbs per snack. Smaller, yet more carbs?! Not cool We eat meat snacks bc they're low in carbs!!! The worst part is the smoke flavoring. It is so overboard that you may as well eat ashes from the bottom of your grill. Here's the difference -- OLD: Beef, water, salt, flavors, brown sugar, spices, MSG, sugar, sodium nitrate. NEW: Beef, sugar, water, brown sugar, salt, smoke flavor, maltodextrin, MSG, flavorings, citric acid, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrate.

I enjoy this for a quick snack with few Weight Watcher points. Good source of protein.

Not all packs were fully sealed, leading to not fresh product.

I love this product for my weightloss journey. I use it to count my protein calories.

It didn’t have a good taste, tasted cheap

Just did not care for the texture or taste.

Half the package was no good, individual packages had holes and jerky was no good.
