You take two of them in the morning, but you have to drink a lot of water, but let me tell you it works. It gives you that extra boost that you need when working out and because of that it also boost your libido as well. It has blood flow enhancement benefits because of the nitric oxide boosting natural ingredients. It improves your stamina and workout abilities. If you are having issues with ED this will definitely help. Compared to some other product it tried this is the best one yet. I am very familiar with supplements and have used them while playing rugby and my weightlifting career. I was looking for a testosterone booster to help with recovery of our strenuous workouts. I took to caplets around 7:53 AM each morning. Mostly what I noticed was an increased amount of energy throughout the day. After working out I did not notice any real recovery gains the following day. Other supplements that we have tried seem to help our recovery. I did get a little bit of insomnia the first few nights most likely due to the energy complex that seems to be the majority of what is in the supplement. I would say if you're looking for a jolt of energy without using coffee or other stimulants this product may work for you. But if you are looking strictly for a testosterone boosting product I believe there are others that may be more appropriate and or stronger. I will continue using this for the two month period to see if my mind has been changed after may be a possible loading. But this review is after about two weeks of usage keep that in mind. Other claims were about intimate drive. With other testosterone supplements it appears at the drive is greater than what it currently is using this product . As stated before I believe it's more of an energy mind and focus product moreover testosterone booster. The testosterone boosting components are actually the last listed in the supplement line allowing me to think that it is maybe slightly underdose compared to the stimulant side.

For starters, after a month of taking these, I feel stronger to some degree. I have noticed more strength and endurance during workouts and in bed. My partner has also commented on my sex drive and performance all being enhanced. I have noticed this too. I also have more energy, something that I really needed. Being over 40 is like an instant change in all of these things, so I will take any edge that I can get.

It did not increase my libido or sex drive, nor did it improve or maximize my strength or endurance. I felt no increased desire to help improve a diminishing sex drive. I am also an active person that works out, runs and cycles every day. I did not find that taking this supplement helped to improve or boost any of my workouts whatsoever. I also found the size of the pills slightly more difficult to swallow than most other supplemental pills or vitamins. I will continue to take these daily and use up the remainder of the sample product to see if anything does improve or change over a longer period of time, as I did not notice any negative effects either. However, I would not go out and purchase on my own, nor will I recommend it to others as I found the product ineffective.

I've been taking the supplement for about a week again now and seem to have more energy. I haven't been able to start working out again to see how it affects that energy. If I had one complaint, it was the smell and after-taste. It smells like maple and I frequently belched up maple for a while afterwards. That was the reason to drop it one star. Otherwise, I think the product seems pretty good.

I've seen very little, if any, changes to my libido and no real changes of gains to my workouts. I tried the product out as per the instructions - 2 capsules at breakfast daily and in a little under a week I started to feel extra energy and drive which if I am being honest I was not completely expecting. To be sure I went off of these supplements before writing the review and noticed a diminished energy and drive. I was also surprised by these results. The only thing I can really knock this product for is having a strong smell and taste, and if you do decide to take it without food you'll have ginsing strongly on your breath for the rest of the day.
