Tried this product while working out phase, and i stoped it for couple weeks just to compare i obvisouly feel slow down muscle gain and metabolism slow down while i stop taking it . But it is not magic pill , it just give you more push, you still need to keep work out routinly and restrict your diet. I will still keep buying it regardless.

I've seen very little, if any, changes to my libido and no real changes of gains to my workouts.
