Been using this product for more than a year, levels have increased greatly, my doctor is impressed as well.

Product seems very good. No problems on stomach and seems to give more bodily energy for an 83 year old.

Maybe if you have never taken sups or worked out before, otherwise it's a waste. Started taking 4 per day just to get a smidgen of mojo, but still no real results. Much better products out there.
